★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτο να μην εξυπηρετουν τους επιβατες των πλοιων...θα χρειαστει να διανυκτερευσω στη σητεια επειδη το τελευταιο λεοφωρειο ειναι στις 17:30 και το πλοιο θα φτασει στις εξι....και ενας τρελος θα σκεφτοταν να εχει ενα πιο εξυπηρετικο προγραμμα....
Ανιδεοι ή αναισθητοι;μαλλον και τα δυο...κριμα που δοιηκειται απο χαζους ανθρωπους ο σιγκεκριμενος σταθμος

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η κοπέλα που με εξυπηρέτησε ήταν αγενέστατη! Χρησιμοποιούσαμε για πρώτη φορά το ΚΤΕΛ και δεν ξέραμε την διαδικασία. Για ένα λάθος που κάναμε μας φώναζε και μας έκανε ρεζίλι μπροστά στους άλλους πελάτες. Απαράδεκτο !
The girl who served me was very rude! We were using the KTEL for the first time and we did not know the process. For a mistake we made he shouted at us and resented us in front of other customers. Unacceptable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff behind ticket counter was very helpful even though she took a phone call in the middle of serving me. Ordered a cappuccino free to which are renowned for their deliciousness and creamy topping. Man behind cafe counter abrupt and coffee gets 1 out of 5 stars.this did not look like the customers cappuccino Freddie.
