★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι οδηγοί δεν περιμένουν τους φοιτητές και φεύγουν ακόμα και όταν υπάρχουν παιδιά που είναι έξω από το λεωφορείο ενώ υπάρχει ακόμα χώρος. Οι οδηγοί είναι εχθρικοί και αγενείς με τους φοιτητές και τα εισιτήρια για το ΤΕΙ Σητείας κόβονται 0,70 λεπτά το καθένα αλλά αναγράφεται επάνω Αγιά Φωτιά αντί για ΤΕΙ Σητείας, άρα θα έπρεπε να χρεώνεται λιγότερο το εισιτήριο.
 Drivers do not wait for students and leave even when there are children outside the bus while there is still space. The drivers are hostile and rude to the students and the tickets for the TEI of Sitia are cut 0.70 minutes each but it is written on Agia Fotia instead of the TEI of Sitia, so the ticket should be charged less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν μπορούσα θα έδινα και 0 αστέρια.Είναι αδικαιολόγητοι,απαράδεκτοι και τρισάθλιοι.Ξεκίνησα από τη Σταλίδα για το Βάι πληροφορημένος για τα δρομολόγια στο ίντερνετ,και σήμερα έκοψαν το συγκεκρεμένο(!!!)Τσάμπα 100χλμ.δρόμου!!Κάθε 5 μέρες τροποποιούν τα δρομολόγια.Εγώ δηλαδή που είμαι τουρίστας,τι έπρεπε;Κάθε 3 ώρες να μπαίνω να βλέπω τα δρομολόγια του ίντερνετ,με φόβο μην τα αλλάξουν;ΝΤΡΟΠΗ ΤΟΥΣ!Τέτοια ζώα είναι!Τα χειρότερα θα λέω για αυτό το πρακτορείο όποτε μου δίνεται η ευκαιρία!!
If I could I would also give 0 stars. They are unjustified, unacceptable and trisathlion. that is, I, who am a tourist, what should I do? Every 3 hours I go in to see the internet itineraries, for fear of changing them? THEIR SHAME! They are such animals! I will say the worst about this agency whenever I get the chance! !

It is always clean the employees are polite smiling even though they face a lot of awkward customers. Also the canteen makes nice coffees delicious sandwiches. And here courtesy smiles cleanliness. Both together form an oasis

Табло с информацией с какого гейта отправляется ваш автобус. Единственное, надо учитывать, что в аэропорту также есть остановка отправления междугородних автобусов.
