Ti accoglie con un bicchiere di vino e un dakos squisito, il mattino ti prepara una colazione con frutta yoghurt e nescafé frappè, e poi si prodiga in spiegazioni e consigli. Il posto è tranquillo e silenzioso, lo consiglio senz'altro Not far from Sitia, proceeding east towards Vai, c is this complex of small apartments with a pool of sea water, managed superbly by Nectarios, the owner. Welcomes you with a glass of wine and a delicious dakos, the morning will prepare a breakfast with yoghurt and fruit nescafé milkshakes, and then spends himself in explanations and advice. The place is quiet and peaceful, I would definitely recommend it

C'è stata poca chiarezza sulla tipologia di appartamento che co sarebbe stato assegnato al momento della prenotazione. Nella realtà l'appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato era molto piccolo,maleodorante , con infissi vecchi e arrugginite impianti di condizionamento vetusti e rumorosi. La camera " spacciata" per " camera dei bambini" non era altro che l,'ingresso ,senza finestra. L'esterno molto ben tenuto. Al momento della prenotazione ,un consiglio ai futuri ospiti: accertatevi che il vostro appartamento sia luxury( ammesso che corrisponda alle foto pubblicizzate sul sito!),altrimenti vi sconsigliamo di alloggiare in questa struttura. We stayed at this property for a week. There was little clarity on the type of apartment that would have been assigned at the time of booking. In reality the apartment we stayed in was very small, smelly, with old and rusty fixtures, old and noisy air conditioning systems. The "passed away" room for "children's room" was nothing more than the entrance, without a window. The exterior very well maintained. At the time of booking, a suggestion to future guests: make sure that your apartment is luxury (provided it matches the photos advertised on the site!), Otherwise we advise you not to stay in this structure.

Μ	Μόρφη Μάρω on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 11 days in Sitia Oceanides in August and our holidays were just beautiful. Totaly recommended. Clean,well maintained and spacious. Our hosts were really caring and the whole atmosphere excellent. We hope to visit again soon.

The complex is located 4 minutes drive from Sitia where you can easily find markets, bar, restaurants etc. Our apartment had two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and balcony. It was so nice to be able to prepare dinner at home and then eat outside with a great view to the sea. Apartment was spotless and housekeeper was in every second day. In the complex (8 apartments in total) there is a parking, a nice garden and a big pool. Gem of this place is Maria. Communication with her before checking in was easy and informal. Maria was here when we arrived and she was at the same time friendly and professional. She is very knowledgeable about local area and great source for tips. Super recommended place to stay for east Crete!
N	Nick Day on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 14 nights at Sitia Oceanides. Very clean, good quality accommodation with all the facilities you need for a relaxing holiday. The owner Stelios is very warm and welcoming and Maria is too - SO helpful, not least with information on the local area and nothing is too much trouble. The pool area and grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. You really do feel you’re experiencing luxury. There are loads of beautiful beaches and pretty villages around the immediate area and the city of Sitia is about 5 minutes along the road supplying plenty of choice for eating out at reasonable cost - between €35 and €50 for a family of four depending on the taverna. Would thoroughly recommend this accommodation if you’re looking for authentic Greece and not a tourist trap.
