It was not a problem for the owner to give us the keys after we arriwed very late at night and give us some instructions about a hotel and our room. The view from our appartment was pleasent, it was very close to the city center (2 min walking). At the end the owner gave us small gift as a thank you, it was very sweet!

T	Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Nicos and his wife stayed up late to welcome us and show us everything, and said goodbye with a small present ;-. The property is well maintained with a lot of green and plants. 5 Minutes walk to centre and beach promenade - a quiet place to stay no cars no noises. When you walk from the house you will pass a cosy old town part of Benitses. The town itself we found a little sleepy, not to say boring. From the balcony of our 1st floor apartment we had views to the mountains and sea. The room itself was simple, but had everything for a short stay. Large balcony. Everything clean.. Negative: Bathroom could use some renewal. Wifi was quite weak in our apartment..
L	Liam Wears on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 9 nights at the end of July. We were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms were well maintained, clean and kept clean during our stay. The rooms were cleaned everyday (I think) and the sheets changed every 2 days. Nikos (the owner) is extremely friendly and helpful, he was up at 5am in the morning to let us in, I also lost my beach towel half way through the holiday and he lent me one of his. We had a bottom floor apartment which was €5 cheaper a night, €50 cheaper for the week. It is a 5 minute walk down to the centre where all the tavernas are. There is a super market at the bottom but be warned it can be expensive there. To eat we would recommend Tasty Corner for gyros at lunch €2.50. Captain Octopus for dinner at the end of the tavernas to the left and Big Bite another 5 minute walk along the beach from where the tavernas are.
S	Silvia Sca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosy apartment. Perfect location, 5 mins walking from the small beach in Benitses but by car you can visit the island in 3 days. The host Nikos and the wife were very helpful and friendly.
A	Antara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Very good value for money, did not have to pay extra AC which is unusual in budget-friendly hotels in Greece! Host was lovely and the location was great. Parking near the studio and you could walk 5 minutes to the beach and many places to eat.. Negative: The wifi did not work when we were. there but we had data so it was okay..
