★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χρησιμοποιώ το συγκεκριμένο studio πάνω από 2 χρόνια. Κυρίως λόγω αυχενικού αλλά και άλλων μυοσκελετικών τραυματισμών, κάνω συστηματικά reformer pilates. Την ιδιοκτήτρια όχι μόνο την σέβομαι και την εκτιμώ ως άνθρωπο, αλλά την εμπιστεύομαι 100% και σαν γυμνάστρια επίσης. Έχω δει θεαματική βελτίωση, ευλυγισία και ενδυνάμωση! Εννοείται ότι το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
 I have been using this studio for over 2 years. Mainly due to cervical and other musculoskeletal injuries, I regularly do pilates reformer. I not only respect and appreciate the owner as a person, but I trust her 100% as a gymnast as well. I have seen spectacular improvement, flexibility and empowerment! Of course, I highly recommend it.

Space Made with very nice aesthetics, neat and very clean. The owner is kind, friendly and does the most nice reformer pilates lessons.???
