★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογη και πολύ φιλική εξυπηρέτηση. Λόγω απόστασης χρειάστηκε να στείλω e-mail με φωτογραφίες της ζημιάς του παπουτσιού για να επιβεβαιώσω αρχικά ότι είναι εφικτή η επιδιόρθωση. Είχα άμεση απάντηση στο e-mail μου και στη συνέχεια, κατά τη διάρκεια της επιδιόρθωσης, επικοινώνησαν και τηλεφωνικά μαζί μου για να μου εξηγήσουν κάποιες επιπλέον εργασίες που έπρεπε να γίνουν (χωρίς επιπρόσθετη χρέωση). Πέρα από την εμπειρία πελάτη, εξαιρετική δουλειά και στην επιδιόρθωση παπουτσιών ορειβασίας.
 Flawless and very friendly service. Due to the distance I had to send an e-mail with photos of the shoe damage to first confirm that the repair is possible. I had an immediate reply to my e-mail and then, during the repair, they also contacted me by phone to explain some additional work that needed to be done (at no extra charge). In addition to the customer experience, excellent work in repairing mountaineering shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικά ο χειρότερος επαγγελματίας που θα μπορούσα να είχα πάει της Ugg μπότες μου! Έκανα το λάθος και της φόρεσα στα χιονια κ έτσι της πήγα για καθαρισμό στο κατάστημα τους και όχι μόνο δεν μου της καθάρισαν αλλά της πήρα πίσω ξηλωμένες! Όταν λοιπόν του είπα ότι είναι ξηλωμένες οι μπότες μου της έραψε όπως θα εραφε ένα δεκάχρονο παιδάκι που δεν έχει πιάσει ποτέ στη ζωή του βελόνα! Κολλημένα σε πολλά σημεία που δεν είχαν καν ραφτει, πετούσαν οι κλωστές από παντού και γενικά σε άθλια κατάσταση! Όταν του είπα γιατί αυτό το ράψιμο δεν αναλάμβανε καμία ευθύνη κ απάντηση του ήταν οτι θα μπορούσα να το είχα ξηλώσει μόνη μου το παπούτσι! Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά μη επαγγελματική και ανεύθυνη! Μου πηρε 25€ για αν μου καταστρέψει εντελώς ένα παπούτσι που μου κόστισε 180€! Δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω για ποιο λόγο αναλαμβάνουν δουλειές τις οποίες δεν μπορούν να εξυπηρετήσουν;!

Truly the worst professional I could have gotten my Ugg boots! I made the mistake and put it on in the snow and so I went to clean it in their store and not only did they not clean it for me but I took it back dismantled! So when I told him that my boots were taken off, he sewed it like a ten-year-old child who has never caught a needle in his life! Stuck in many places that had not even been sewn, the threads were flying from everywhere and generally in a miserable condition! When I told him why this sewing did not take any responsibility and his answer was that I could have taken off the shoe myself! Unacceptable unprofessional and irresponsible behavior! It took me 25 € if a shoe that cost me 180 € completely destroyed me! I can not understand why they undertake jobs that they can not serve ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, after request my climbing shoes were ready after 3 days. They took a lot of time to show us the work and were very friendly. Because my shoes were more damaged than expected, more work was needed but the price was the same. The work was so clean. Even though the shoes are now bigger than they were before, I am happy with the result because luckily they still fit and I am able to climb in them. All in all, very good place for climbing shoe repair!
