The owner Kat is a really nice person. The villa is beautiful and very comfortable. It was a perfect holiday. We spent one week in Kefalonia and the it will be in our memory for ever as a wonderful place.

Thank you to Katerina & George for an awesome experience and stay! You both went above and beyond to make mine and my family's stay very comfortable, fun and adventurous. My expectations soared sky high after meeting you both, and I don't believe anyone can ever come close to the hospitality you provided. After I left Kefalonia and checked into my Santorini home, I couldn't help but complain about how it wasn't up to par with what I experienced with you both. It's safe to say that I will definitely be back again in the future! Glad we met you and please always know that you have family here in Canada. Yamas!

If you are looking for hospitality at it's best, look no further!!! Where do I begin?!! First of all, Kefalonia is a hidden gem of it's own. If you visit Greece you need to visit Kefalonia. Second if you visit Kefalonia and do not stay at this villa then consider your visit to be a waste. George and Kat have by far exceeded the hospitality of any 5-star hotel. From the moment we landed to the moment we left nothing but pure and unforgettable hospitality. George took us to the best restaurants in town, showed us a great night out and the list just goes on. Not only is their villa spectacular and beautiful but George went way beyond our expectations and was always there for us whenever we needed anything. Whatever we needed and at whatever time of the day he was there to provide for us!! Our minds were blown away by their hospitality. Amazing villa and amazing people. I just can't express how impressed we were by the hospitality. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

Beautiful place! George and Kat were amazing hosts and made us feel welcomed as if we were apart of their family. The villa is a beautiful villa with enough beds and bedrooms to comfortably fit my group of 14. The infinity pool was large and had a wonderful unobscured view of the Ionian Sea. Speaking of the view...it was absolutely gorgeous! We found out from George that the Villa was designed by Kat in such a way that you would be able to see the sun rise and sun set without any problems. The sunset was absolutely beautiful and was much better than anywhere else we visited, including Oia. George and Kat were more than accommodating to us and really spoiled our group and made us experience Kefalonia the way locals would enjoy it. If you're hesitating then don't because this visit was the highlight of our trip to Greece.

Can't say enough great things about this villa and our fantastic hosts, Kat and George. This island is truly a hidden gem in Greece which our wonderful hosts showed us with the limited amount of time we had. My family and I had such an amazing experience, we couldn't help but rave about our time in Kefalonia.The villa is situated on a large property with access to a private beach area and many outdoor activities. There are so many things to do in and around the villa that you can never be bored. You name it, Kat and George have already thought about it. Thank you Kat and George for the amazing hospitality!! You went above and beyond. It's very difficult to come across such incredibly kind people like yourselves in a foreign country. You made us a part of your family and we're so happy to have you be a part of the FAM crew! We will certainly be back for a longer stay to see more of your beautiful island. This is by far the most amazing villa and experience I've had in Greece. Visited Athens, Kephalonia and Santorini. Out of all three, Kephalonia hands down wins and this is all thanks to Kat & George! This part of Greece is truly a hidden gem and I really wish people would come to know of this place! At first my family and I were hesitant because it was far from the airport, however, Kat & George provided free shuttle and it did not even take us long to reach their stunning & creatively structured Villa! We were welcomed so sweetly by Kat's Mom and she picked out fresh flowers from her garden to wish me a Happy Birthday! I even had balloons & a bottle of Moet to pop! The hospitality here has been outstanding! Anything you can think of, Kat & George are on top of it and makes sure you have it! They pretty much know everyone on the island and we loved the VIP treatment we got every place they recommended to us. They definitely spoiled us and we loved every single bit of it! They are the most lovely and kind people I have met and so glad to have met them!! The rooms were perfect, common areas were spacious, kitchen is fully equipped with fresh veggies in the garden outside, lots of activities to do (yup, I made it a point to use the gym while on vacation) and best of all the infinity pool was perfect. We all relaxed by that pool and had the perfect sunrise and sunset to watch (yes, better than what you see in Oia!! Pictures uploaded have not be edited whatsoever) They also have super friendly dogs that we got to play with and pet their horses and donkeys! My niece and nephew (2-4 yrs) had a blast at this resort!! I cannot wait to go back and stay at this villa again! Perfect place for some R&R! Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Greece!! A big thank you to Kat & George! You two are the sweetest!! Thank you for giving us an exceptional experience in Kephalonia that we can always remember! FAM from the 6ix misses you both!

Great location with all kinds of expected and unexpected service components. Accommodation made to relax and hang loose with family and friends. Plenty of space, huge pool, great furniture and plenty of stuff for activities and sports available free of charge. Even more impressive than the location itself is Katerina, the owner, herself. Unbelievable service orientation towards her guests, full of power and creativity which is present within the house and all over the place. We had the wonderful impression to be highly welcome from the very first moment we arrived and met Katerina. We did not only fell in love with the hideaway itself but have been very impressed by the friendliness, the hospitality and the person of Katerina. We definite will come back to this magic environment
