A perfect place to relax. Very good food. The close beach, the olive garden as a miniature paradise.

Outstanding place. Calm, chill and beautiful as well. Highly recommend for those who need some relaxation. And probably the best coffee is also here..

Positive: Location, concept, staff. A great chance for avoiding the busy and overpriced centre of Ouranoupoli.. Negative: Breakfast was not bad but could be better..

Positive: Great staff and very relaxed atmosphere. I had a nice sea-view from my balcony.. Negative: Tiny bathroom and hot water that is very difficult to control..

Positive: Location good for mount Athos. Negative: Bathroom very small and very basic. Shower only 60x60 and right next to the toilet. Knees in the shower when sitting down. Property in need of renovation generally. Did not feel that booking.com guests were particularly appreciated..

Positive: The location is perfect: beautiful view with own pool and beach, just 1 km to typical Greek touristy town. This is place if you want to relax within nature. Good breakfast with amazing view..

A secluded 3 star accommodation with frugal amenities. Luxury is not the intention here rather than a low-key ambiance based on its earlier years of glory and eclectic glamour that blends very well with the neighbouring nature preserve area. This is the place where you can cut off from the big buzz of Ouranopoli and mass tourism. Of course there is a high season-high price tag for that. Away from the town centre but easily accessible via a dirt road (15-20 minutes walk in the middle of the summer with all the dust is no fun); you will certainly need a car. The same small road transverses the hotel and so you have on the upper side the bungalows and on its lower/sea side a private garden with a pool and a old-wooden deck to admire the sunrise and sunset on the beach, where serenity reins. The sea is with pebbles and big rocks. The hotel offers a good breakfast and you can enjoy lunch or dinner on its terrace, on the basis of a modest, tasteful but expensive menu. The bungalow was spacious and clean (in fact we had everyday cleaning service). My dog (Yorkshire terrier) was allowed for a charge of €8 a night. I enjoyed the king size bed but I found that the room in general could benefit from a makeover, especial the bathroom. Although we were hesitantly received at check-in by a staff member, their service is well-mannered and efficient under the ever-presence of the hotel’s German owner.

Positive: Amazing location, very romantic and private. Pool and private beach are incredible, food as well! People were very welcoming and nice and we enjoyed every minute of our stay!. Negative: Room was a little bit outdated but this somehow contributes to the atmosphere of the place.
