Bei jeder Ankunft/oder Abfahrt einer Fähre quillt die kleine Hafenpromenade über, sobald die Fähren wieder weg sind, geht es hier wieder ruhig und beschaulich zu. In the port area the ferries Skiathos-Skopelos, Alonnisos-Skopelos and the ferries from Volos and Thessaloniki arrive and leave again. With every arrival / or departure of a ferry, the small harbor promenade overflows, as soon as the ferries are gone, it is again calm and contemplative.

A	Aaron Rogers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful coatap village with great food, some good shopping and a burgeoning night life. It serves as a fantastic hub for tourists wanting to visit nearby beaches. Milia, Limnonaria, Panorma and Agnondas beaches are all within a 30 minute drive from here and there are a few beaches that are within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the island.
