Μου απέστειλαν την προσφορά στο εμαιλ αλλά μου είπαν οτι δεν προλαβαίνουν τον Ιούλιο να παραδώσουν λόγο φόρτου εργασίας. Συμφωνήσαμε για του χρόνου αρχές Μαΐου -φέτος δηλαδή- να έρθει και ο τεχνικός να μετρήσει. Όντως ο τεχνικός ήρθε , μέτρησε αλλά βγήκε μία διαφορά 150 ευρώ από πέρσι όχι στα μέτρα αλλά στις κλειδαριές. Ενώ πέρσι οι κλειδαριές ήταν μέσα στην τιμή φέτος έχουν επιβάρυνση 50 ευρώ έκαστη. Όταν ρώτησα τον υπάλληλο γιατί γίνεται αυτό μου απάντησε ότι πήραν αύξηση 50 ευρώ από πέρσι. -Πόσο είχαν πέρσι? πόσο φέτος δεν έμαθα ποτέ- Δεν πιστεύω ότι οι κλειδαριές μέσα σε ένα χρόνο πήγαν 50 ευρώ πάνω έκαστη και για τον λόγω αυτό ποστάρω την εμπειρία μου αυτή για να βγάλετε τα συμπεράσματά σας μόνοι σας I received an offer from this store for 3 balcony doors for folding security railings and corresponding screens last year on June 24th. Λόγω κάποιας «ισχυριζόμενης» ιδιαιτερότητας, η κάσα του μπάνιου έχει τοποθετηθεί με κενά από το πάτωμα, πάνω από 1,5 εκατοστό, και σε αντίστοιχη απόσταση από τα πλακάκια του μπάνιου βρίσκεται και η πόρτα, ενώ υπήρχε το περιθώριο να κατέβει πιο κάτω. Το συνεργείο, με μια αγενή στάση, δήλωσε ότι είναι δικό μας πρόβλημα και το αντίστοιχο κενό δεν καλύφθηκε. Μετά από την επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα, παρόλη την άμεση επαφή τους, στηριζόμενοι από τη φωτογραφία που τους στείλαμε και τα λεγόμενα του συνεργείου τους, το πρόβλημα παραμένει άλυτο και δεν έχουν αναλάβει καμία ευθύνη. Επικοινωνησα με το κατάστημα και ήταν αγενεσταστοι και μου έκλεισαν το τηλέφωνο. Μετά από ένα χρόνο και αφού τους είχα πει να αφήσουν κενό στο κάτω μέρος της πόρτας για να μπει πλακάκι, ανακαλύπτω ότι δεν άφησαν με αποτέλεσμα να χρεωθώ αλλα 100 ευρώ. Τώρα ήθελε η κόρη μου πόρτες ήρθε ο επιμετρητης τους πήρε μέτρα κατέβηκε στο σπίτι μου να τραβήξει φώτο τις δικές μου πόρτες γιατί η κόρη μου ήθελε ίδιες σε άλλο χρώμα. Το μόνο που μας είπε είναι ότι αν θέλουμε το ίδιο εξωτερικό πομολο θα πληρώναμε μια διαφορά. Του είπαμε όχι αλλά όλα τα άλλα ίδια. Ήρθαν σήμερα με άλλο συνεργείο που αναγκάστηκα να τους κάνω παρατήρηση γιατί παρ ολίγον να γκρεμίσουν τους τοίχους για να βγάλουν τις κασες.ευτυχως συμμορφωθηκαν αμέσως κ δν έκαναν καμία ζημιά. Κ ήρθε η ώρα να τοποθετήσουν τις πόρτες κ έλλειπε μια έξτρα κλειδαριά ασφαλειας. Όταν πήρα στο μαγαζί τηλ ο υπάλληλος τους ήταν ανάγωγος κ με τουπέ κ μου είπε έχετε το συμφωνητικό (ο γαμπρός μου πήγε μετά από 2 μέρες να τους δώσει την προκαταβολή κ δν ήταν μπροστά στην συμφωνία) κ φυσικ α δν ήξερε τι είχαμε συμφωνήσει μου ζήτησαν αλλά 120 ευρω κ φυσικά μου είπε με ειρωνικό ύφος γιατί ο πελάτης να έχει πάντα δίκιο.? Παραδέχτηκε ότι έχουν ένα μερίδιο ευθύνης κ τους ζήτησα να μοιραστούμε την διαφορά. Όχι μου είπαν να δώσω εγώ 80 ευρώ κ εκεινοι40. Φυσικά δν δέχτηκα. Δν πειράζει έχασαν γιατί η κόρη μου θα αλλάξει άλλες 4 εσωτερικες πόρτες κ η άλλη κόρη μου άλλες 5. Ευτυχώς υπάρχουν κ άλλα μαγαζιά με πόρτες. 3 years ago I bought doors, everything was fine.
