Great hotel, the 2 woman at the reception make it perfect. Just amazing service. They help with everything you need to make your stay the best. All other staff also super friendly!

Very bad experience, at 11:00 am , every one will be in front of your door asking you to leave!!! Just because I’ve asked for late check out as we have a flight at night, I asked them for one hour only. No respect to the guest , I wish if I had my honeymoon staying in another place. They don’t say the truth. They said there is another guest so you can’t stay more in your room , even though, we didn’t finish our breakfast. The check in is on 15:00 pm only, if you ask for early check in, you need to pay as I’ve asked them before I come and I have the e-mail that they mention you need to pay for early check in. On that day I believe that I was the only one who had check out, I stayed until 14:00 pm in the reception, no body came for Check in, no body has done check out!! They said they need to clean the room, they had 5 hours from 11:00 am to 15:00 pm the clean my room and they can’t give you 1 hour late check out, I’ve paid 1500 € for 4 nights, they can’t give me 1 hour for Late check out!!! Then they said it’s the policy!!! No respect The only thing that was really good is the lady in the reception ( morning shift only) she is so kind and helpful, she is always happy to help anyone. She deserves better place to work on it.

Amazing staff, beautiful space and very spacious. Great location, technically you can drive from the here to any directions in less than 20 min! No crowd around and less than 20 steps to take to get in the room. The best place to watch sunrise and have super delicious breakfast served in your room or front balcony! It was super hard to say goodbye/ check out from this place!! Enjoy and 100% recommended.

Lovely hotel. A more expensive option than others, but you get what you pay for. Outstanding views, extremely peaceful. Private hot tub, delicious breakfast and superb staff, they can’t do enough for you. The people that brought and collected our breakfast were brilliant. Polite, helpful and chatty. If you’re a light sleeper, bring an eye mask. The rooms get very very light in the mornings. Only improvement would be more options for shade in the (new) swimming pool area. There’s only one and it gets incredibly hot during the day. Thanks for a lovely stay.

If I could add another star I would. The hotel is beautiful. It’s out of the way and private, the rooms were clean and modern. The staff are so friendly and really go out of their way to arrange things and help you. I would return for the breakfast and cocktails alone :)

This hotel has been certified as 5 star but it definitely does not feel like 5 star. I've bullet pointed below everything we found to be a negative during our stay. Don't get me wrong, it was not a horrible place to stay in any way, but it definitely has it's draw-downs! The main takeaway here is that the place is overpriced! Full disclosure: Just in case Skyfall attempt to reply to this and undermine my review; yes, I did ask for compensation stating that if they were able to do something I may not post this review. But the hotel did definitely fall short of expectation and definitely fell short on the price we paid!! Therefore, if they had provided an amount compensation as the stay was not perfect, I would have not gone to the trouble of writing this review. Which in my view is completely fair enough! Compensation would have meant it had been worth the money. Which at the price we paid, it was not! -We had to wait for ages for check-in once we arrived. Even though there seemed to be no guests staying at the hotel (Right at the start of the season). -Main view is the airport. Not a typical Santorini view whatsoever and really kind of underwhelming. Airplanes coming in to land often disturb you, mostly in the mid-morning. -(Probably the biggest negative for us!) Hot tub temperature can’t be adjusted even though the staff said it’s heated? There was nothing on the property listing about not being able to adjust the hot tub, just as there was not anything about the airport view. -Privacy is bad. You have to close all the shutters in order to not be seen from people walking past. And if you're out the front on your 'balcony' then you're in plain site pretty much like having a shared communal area. -The bathroom is very dark. No sufficient lighting for getting ready to go out really. -No full length mirror. -No iron in room. -Can’t use the gym as and when you want. Have to ask for the key and book a slot. -Breakfast: Bread quite hard/stale most days. Fruit is not fresh but dried from sitting in the fridge uncovered. The breakfast got very boring after a few days. Some days items we requested on the breakfast menu weren’t all there or a breakfast item was missing for one of us. -Wi-Fi didn’t work properly almost the whole time. It was on and off like a light switch. Honestly, it was slower than dial-up. I had to resort to using my phone signal which also wasn’t great from the hotel when inside. Overall, this place is nice but ultimately overpriced. We would have been happy if we paid a 3/4 star hotel rate. P.s. the staff are extremely kind, friendly and accommodating. This is one thing that we cannot fault them on.

We spent our last night in Santorini at SKYFALL LUXURY SUITES, and everything was perfect ! The welcome was great, they were very kind and very welcoming. Our suite was wonderful, with a private jacuzzi and a great view ! The bed was very confortable. We had a lot of choice for your breakfast, and it was very good. At the end, we spent the rest of our morning at the beautiful overflowing swimming-pool, before leaving for the airport. It was for us the perfect ending to our wonderful holidays in Greece. As you can imagine, we highly recommend this hotel :). We hope to see this hotel again !

Definitely not a five star hotel, and very overpriced for what you actually get. Cannot fault the staff who go over and above for you, however we booked this hotel mainly for the outside jacuzzi and this was too cold to even use (despite being heated, but not adjustable). There is a lack of privacy as everyone can see into your room and the walkway is just outside. You also lose the sun on your ‘balcony’ at around 3pm so you can’t really sit outside your room in the sun after then. Breakfast was nice for the first few days, but very limited and repetitive options. Often items were missing for one of us, bread always hard/stale. Rooms are very clean and the bed is comfortable however the Bathroom is very dark. Would have been overjoyed to pay a 3/4 star price and it would have been perfect and faultless. But for a 5 star hotel it is slightly disappointing and does not live up to that standard or it’s price point. One regret was spending what we did to stay here when we could have stayed in a 3/4 star hotel for less and it would have been just as good.
