Π	Παναγιώτης Σ. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλή εξυπηρέτηση όπως και προϊόντα με ποιότητα. Η δεύτερη επίσκεψη μου ήταν σε ώρες καταστημάτων αλλά εδώ αναγράφει ότι ανοίγει στις 10:30. Good service as well as quality products. My second visit was during store hours but here it states that it opens at 10:30.
Θ	Θεοδώρα Κωνσταντινίδου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα πριν λίγες μέρες ένα ζευγάρι παπούτσια και μου ήρθε 3 μέρες μετά, παρ’ όλη την κατάσταση με τα χιόνια που βρισκόταν η Αθήνα εκείνες τος ημέρες! Αφού έκανα την παραγγελία τους πήρα τηλέφωνο για να ρωτήσω πότε θα έχω το δέμα, εφόσον όλα στην Αθήνα ήταν κλειστά λόγω καιρού και να σιγουρέψω ότι πήρα το σωστό νούμερο. Το παιδί στο τηλέφωνο ήταν πάρα πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό και μου είπε εάν θέλω να ακυρώσω την παραγγελία μου για να πάρω τα παπούτσια από ένα κατάστημα πιο κοντά σε εμένα, έτσι ώστε να τα παραλάβω πιο σύντομα. Φυσικά και είπα ότι δεν θα την ακυρώσω και θα περιμένω μέχρι να φτιάξει η κατάσταση με τα χιόνια. Όταν τα παρέλαβα έλειπε από το κουτί ένα ζευγάρι επιπλέον κορδόνια, που δίνονται με το συγκεκριμένο παπούτσι, από λάθος της ίδιας της εταιρείας του παπουτσιού και όχι του συγκεκριμένου καταστήματος. Τους κάλεσα να τους ενημερώσω και μου είπαν εάν θέλω να επιστρέψω πίσω το δέμα με δικά τους έξοδα γιατί είναι ελαττωματικό προϊόν της ίδιας της εταιρείας. Δε θα συνεχίσω στην αλλαγή, γιατί είναι πολύ μεγάλη διαδικασία και ταλαιπωρία απλά για ένα ζευγάρι κορδόνια που μπορώ να πάρω από οπουδήποτε εάν χρειαστούν! Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση, σίγουρα θα ξανά αγοράσω από αυτό το κατάστημα!! A few days ago I ordered a pair of shoes and it came to me 3 days later, despite the situation with the snow that Athens was in those days! After I placed their order I got a phone call to ask when I will have the package, since everything in Athens was closed due to the weather and to make sure I got the right number. The kid on the phone was very friendly and helpful and told me if I wanted to cancel my order to get the shoes from a store closer to me so I could pick them up sooner. Of course I told her that I would not cancel it and I would wait until the situation with the snow improved. When I received them, a pair of extra laces were missing from the box, which are given with the specific shoe, by mistake of the shoe company itself and not of the specific store. I called them to let them know and they told me if I want to return the parcel at their own expense because it is a defective product of the company itself. I will not continue the change, because it is a very big process and hassle just for a pair of laces that I can get from anywhere if needed! Very good service, I will definitely buy again from this store !!
