★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σοκ! Αγορασα φορτιστη απο το εν λογω καταστημα την 21-04. Την 26-04 δεν δουλευε. Παιρνω τηλεφωνο την επομενη, τους λεω οτι δεν δουλευει ο φορτιστης και αμεσως μου λενε οτι θα μου στειλουν καινουργιο και οτι θα πληρωσουν οι ιδιοι και τα εξοδα της αποστολης του νεου φορτιστη αλλα και τα εξοδα για να τους στειλω εγω τον παλιο χωρις κανενα σχολιο. Ουτε μα ουτε μου ουτε γκρινια. Με ευγενεια με εξυπηρετησαν αψογα και αμεσα. Μπραβο σας λοιπον γιατι εκτος απο το οτι αγορασα τον φορτιστη στην καλυτερη τιμη της αγορας και σε 2 ημερες τον ειχα στα χερια μου, οταν σας χρειαστηκα μου δωσατε την καλυτερη δυνατη λυση! Το πιο σοκαριστικο ειναι οτι παρελαβα τον νεο φορτιστη 4 ωρες αφου τους πηρα τηλεφωνο!!!!!!!!!! Μ Π Ρ Α Β Ο!
Shock! I bought a charger from the store in question on 21-04. On 26-04 he did not work. I get a phone call the next day, I tell them that the charger is not working and they immediately tell me that they will send me a new one and that they will pay the shipping costs of the new charger and the costs for me to send the old one without any comments. Neither I nor whine. With kindness they served me flawlessly and immediately. Well done, because apart from the fact that I bought the charger at the best price on the market and in 2 days I had it in my hands, when I needed you you gave me the best possible solution! The most shocking thing is that I received the new charger 4 hours after I called them !!!!!!!!!! WELL DONE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έγινε λάθος με την πρώτη παραγγελία με υπαιτιότητα της speedex, οι άνθρωποι της repair tech έδρασαν άμεσα παρόλλο covid & εορτών χριστουγέννων! Είχε προπληρωθεί ένα καλώδιο, το οποίο η speedex έδειχνε οτι μας το είχε παραδώσει. Το καλώδιο δεν είχε παραδωθεί ποτέ, προφανώς λόγω των διαιδκασίων και των ευθυνών που ζήτησαν απο την repair tech μετα απο 2 μέρες βρέθηκε το καλώδιο σε μια "υποτυπώδη" συσκευασία speedex (κάποιος το έιχε ανοίξει) μεσα στις λάσπες ενος κηπάριου που έχουμε. Σήμερα παρ αδώθηκε και το 2ο καλώδιο που μας έιχαν πει οι άνθρωποι οτι θα μας στείλουν χωρίς καμία πειβάρυνση! Δεν μας αμφισβήτησαν για το γεγονός , δεν ήταν ειρωνικοί, ενδιαφέρθηκαν άμεσα και ουσιαστικά για τον πελάτη τους!
Μπράβο στην ομάδα!
Wrong with the first order through the fault of speedex, the people of repair tech acted immediately despite covid & christmas holidays! A cable had been prepaid, which speedex showed had been delivered to us. The cable had never been delivered, apparently due to the procedures and responsibilities requested from repair tech after 2 days the cable was found in a "rudimentary" speedex package (someone had opened it) in the mud of a garden we have. Today the 2nd cable that people had told us would be delivered without any charge! They did not question us about the fact, they were not ironic, they were directly and substantially interested in their client!
Well done to the team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν θα βγάλω την εμπειρία μου με ένα τζαμακι σε οθόνη και ενα καλώδιο type c. Και τα δύο είχαν διάρκεια ζωής ένα μήνα. Ποιότητα από τα βάθη της Κίνας βαπτισμενα γνήσια. Καμία διάθεση για αντικατάσταση του καλωδίου που έγινε κ αναφορά!
Ηταν φάση εε σιγά για να κάνει επαφή στην φόρτιση να το κρατάς κ να το πιέζεις με το χέρι.
I will not bring my experience with a screen glass and a type c cable. Both had a lifespan of one month. Quality from the depths of China baptized genuine. No intention to replace the cable that was mentioned!
It was phase ee slowly to make contact in the charge to hold it and push it by hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αμεση αποστολη, δυστυχως δεν υπαρχει η δυνατοτητα παραλαβης απο το καταστημα κ η συνεργαζομενη εταιρια ταχυμεταφορων ( speedex) μονο ταχυμεταφορων δεν ειναι. 5 μερες για δεμα εντος Αττικης ενω το προϊον εφυγε απο το καταστημα την ιδια ημερα.
Immediate shipment, unfortunately there is no possibility of receipt from the store and the cooperating courier company (speedex) is not only couriers. 5 days for parcel in Attica while the product left the store on the same day.
