★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από τα καλύτερα ενοικιαζόμενα δωμάτια που έχω πάει !! Καθαριότητα καθημερινή και άψογη! Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο δωμάτιο με πατάρι και ξεχωριστές τηλεοράσεις πάνω κάτω ! Τα ηλεκτρικά και τα κουζινικα όλα καινούργια ! Άψογο !!!
 One of the best rooms I have rented !! Daily cleaning and impeccable! Fully equipped room with loft and separate TVs up and down! The appliances and kitchen utensils are all new! Flawless !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο Αγνώντας μια όμορφη κ ήσυχη περιοχή. Ότι πρέπει για διακοπές σε ήρεμο κ χαλαρό περιβάλλον. Τα δωμάτια όπως ακριβώς τα είδαμε στο διαδίκτυο....υπέροχα κ πεντακάθαρα. Κάθε δύο μέρες καθαριότητα και αλλαγή πετσετών. Η κυρία Σμαράγδα πολύ ευγενική κ εξυπηρετική και μαζί κ η κυρία που ήταν μαζί της μας έδωσαν πολλές πληροφορίες για το πως να περάσουμε όμορφα τις μέρες μας στο νησί. Αν έρθω πάλι Σκόπελο εννοείται θα μείνω πάλι στο. Smaragda studios...θα το προτείνω σε κάθε γνωστό μου...!!
Agnontas a beautiful and quiet area. Everything you need for a vacation in a calm and relaxed environment. The rooms as we saw them on the internet .... wonderful and spotless. Every two days cleaning and change of towels. Mrs. Smaragda was very kind and helpful and together with the lady who was with her they gave us a lot of information on how to spend our days on the island beautifully. If I come again Skopelos of course I will stay again at. Smaragda studios ... I will recommend it to everyone I know ... !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΠΕ-ΝΤΑ-ΚΑ-ΘΑ-ΡΑ ότι καλύτερο έχω πάει κάθε μέρα μας καθάριζαν το σπίτι υπέροχη τοποθεσία παρκιγκ σε γκαζόν ήσυχο μέρος με ταβέρνα και παραλία στα 10 μέτρα! Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό με ευχάριστη διάθεση και μεράκι για την δουλειά που κάνουνε μας έφτιαχναν το κέφι κάθε πρωί που τους συναντούσαμε αξίζει να μείνεις εκεί!!
PE-DA-KA-THA-RA that best I went every day they cleaned our house wonderful parking location in lawn quiet place with tavern and beach at 10 meters! Very kind staff with a pleasant mood and passion for the work they do, they made us happy every morning when we met them, it is worth staying there !!

The room was spotless clean will renovated furnitures and a modern bathroom.
Smaragda was always there for us.
This place is totally recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great host, good location if you want to explore the island's best beaches and save yourself the back and forth trip from/to Skopelos Chora.
Spacious, newly built or renovated apartments with all the amnesties you can possibly need
Coffee shop, market right at the entrance to the street. Don't miss out on a delicious sea food or fish meal at Mouria Fish Tavern - more delicious food than at Korali and definitely less pricey.
Not necessarily an impediment but it's a bit challenging to find the location on maps as google is not accurate so you need to identify the very narrow street facing the Korali restaurant. You can put Korinas House on google as it will take you directly on that street. Parking is available in the guesthouse's garden, provided that you don't have a very big car so that it can fit the narrow street. Otherwise public free parking is available next to the port, very close.
Owner does not speak English but it's not such a problem as a smile and a bit of hand gesture solves pretty much everything.
