Consent

Professional, efficient and fast service. Within an hour in most occasions you will have your device back repaired as new.
Tip: Backup your device before you get there as in most occasions they have to perform a hard reset and thus you loose all your data

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I place two stars because it's not the first time that I visit the shop and honestly till today I was quite happy with them.
Today they made me change my opinion, by bringing my Galaxy s10 with a major problem on the microphone that doesn't appear always. The guy told me that this problem is common and it's due to VOLTE selection in the network settings.
I tried to convince him that it's not this the issue and unfortunately the problem still exist..
Tomorrow I'll visit another @samsung support shop called omnitech hoping that they will pay a bit more attention on my problem.

They told me most probably my data will get wiped and there is one in a million my device will not even boot after changing the battery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe the worst place to service your mobile phone. To much delay and no solution to a defective device that shop supports it is fine . Heating and battery drain issue on galaxy note 9. loose time and data from my phone .Not recommended by all means.
