Σ	ΣΠΥΡΙΔΩΝ ΠΑΠ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα μια κουρευτική της Philips που παρουσίασε πρόβλημα, έδωσαν το ok από την αντιπροσωπία για αντικατάσταση αλλά όσες μέρες περίμενα καημό το είχα να με πάρουν τηλέφωνο για μια ενημέρωση έπρεπε να τους <<ενοχλώ>> συνέχεια εγώ. I went to a Philips hairdresser who had a problem, they gave the ok from the dealership for replacement but as many days as I waited for misery I had to call me for an update I had to "bother" them all the time.
s	st4m0s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω ένα ψυγείο SAMSUNG με το οποίο είχα σημαντικά προβλήματα.... μέχρι που ανακάλυψα αυτό το κατάστημα/service. Εξαιρετική και επαγγελματική αντιμετώπιση προς τον πελάτη. Τα ραντεβού σε προκαθορισμένες ώρες, με σεβασμό στα ωράρια εργασίας μας. Τα οποία και τηρήθηκαν κατά γράμμα. Ο τενχικός που ήρθε ήταν απόλυτα καταρτισμένος και γνώστης του αντικειμένου. Μπήκε είδε το ψυγείο και προτού εξηγήσω οτιδήποτε, είχε εντοπίσει τα θέματα που υπήρχαν. I have a SAMSUNG refrigerator with which I had significant problems .... until I discovered this store / service. Excellent and professional treatment of the customer. Appointments at predetermined times, with respect to our working hours. Which were observed to the letter. The technician who came was fully trained and knowledgeable about the subject. He went in and saw the refrigerator and before I could explain anything, he had identified the issues that existed.
Δ	Δεσποινα Βεστακη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ειχα προβλημα με τον απορροφητηρα μου ! εταιρεια pyramis ! καλεσα στο service one κ μου εκλεισαν ραντεβου στον μαρακο service ! ηρθαν ..! εκτος του οτι δεν γνωριζαν το συγκεκριμενο μοντελο με εβαλαν να αλλαξουμε πλακετα με κοστος 150 ευρω! ενω το προβλημα δεν ηταν εκει ! φυσικα κ μιλησα κατευθειαν με τν εταιρεια,του απορροφητηρα για να με καθοδηγησουν.. κ φυσικα απο εκεινη την ημερα περιμενω ακομα τηλεφωνο απο τους ειδικους του συγκεκριμενου service στο χαιδαρι για να ερθουν να τον φτιαξουν ! δεν με ξανακαλεσαν ποτε για να κλεισουμε ραντεβου ! φτιαξαμε την βλαβη μονοι μας ! απαραδεκτοι ! δεν θα σας προτεινα ποτε να εμπιστευτειτε τους συγκεκριμενους ανθρωπους .. οχι μονο για εναν απορροφητηρα τοσο μεγαλης αξιας οσο το δικο μου .. αλλα ουτε καν για τοστιερα !! I had a problem with my hood! company pyramis! I called the service one and they made an appointment for me in marako service! they came ..! apart from the fact that they did not know the specific model, they made me change the board at a cost of 150 euros! while the problem was not there! Of course I spoke directly with the company, the hood to guide me .. and of course from that day I am still waiting for a phone call from the specialists of the specific service in Chaidari to come and fix it! they never called me again to make an appointment! we repaired the damage ourselves! unacceptable! I would never suggest you to trust the specific people .. not only for a hood as high value as mine .. but not even for a toaster !!

Αφιέρωσαν χρόνο για την εύρεση κατάλληλου ανταλλακτικού πολύ μικρής αξίας(σακούλες ηλεκτρικής σκούπας) σε αντίθεση με αντίστοιχα καταστήματα. Excellent service and professional approach. They took the time to find a suitable spare part of very low value (vacuum cleaner bags) as opposed to similar stores.

Πριν 2 χρόνια σας είχα φέρει μια ηλεκτρική σκουπα miele s8310 κίτρινη (μπορείτε να το τσεκάρετε στις καρτέλες σας) και μου ζητήσατε 98€ για επισκευή. Σας έδωσα το οκ και υποτίθεται ότι την φτιάξατε! Ηρθα, την παρελαβα κ όταν την εβαλα να λειτουργήσει σκουπισα 2 δωμάτια και έσβησε από μόνη της. Σας την ξανα εφερα κ μου είπατε ότι θα της κανετε έναν καθαρισμο. (Οχι και πολυ ευχάριστα..)Την επόμενη μέρα με πηρατε τηλ να ξαναπαρω την σκουπα ,ότι δεν έχει τπτ είναι οκ. Η κατάληξη: η σκουπα να μην λειτουργήσει ποτε !!!κ να την θαυμάζω στο αποθηκάκι. Πεταμένα 98€ και η σκουπα χαλασμένη ακόμα ν την κοιταω! Τα στοιχεία μου τα έχετε αν θέλετε κάποια διευκρίνηση! Για μένα απλά απαράδεκτοι! Because I read in 2 negative reviews your answer, that it is malicious, let me inform you about my own experience. 2 years ago I brought you a miele s8310 yellow vacuum cleaner (you can check it on your cards) and you asked me for € 98 for repair. I gave you the ok and you supposedly made it! I came, received it and when I put it to work I wiped 2 rooms and it went out on its own. I brought it to you again and you told me that you would do a cleaning for it. (Not very pleasant ..) The next day you called me to get the broom again, that it does not have tpt is ok. The bottom line: the broom should never work !!! and I should admire it in the warehouse. Thrown 98 € and the broom is damaged, I am still looking at it! You have my details if you want some clarification! To me they are simply unacceptable!
