Smarulla villa is a small cozy villa. Fira city center is just 15 min walk away from the villa. The owner was really helpful and welcoming. He made us breakfast and also helped with guiding and helping us planning our days. The room was clean and tidy when we arrived and was cleaned every other day. The is equipped with air conditioner for both hot and cold weather. Its also equipped with kettle and cutlery.

Positive: Perfect location. Incredibly kind and accommodating hosts.. Negative: The aircon was a bit strong! It was hard to have it on without being cold..

Positive: Very good location and mr wojciek is very welcoming an replied to our questions quickly.. Negative: We could hear the persons in the apartment next to ours but it allowed us to wake up early and enjoy the island!.

Positive: This was the most affordable holiday I have had in a long time. The room is simple, but I had a view of the sea from both windows and had the sun all day. The internet was strong, which is usually a problem on Santorini, but clearly the host invested in a good system from the start. For me this was an important point to stay in touch with work and to be able to watch videos at night. The location is excellent just between Fira and Imerovigli. The hosts are very attentive and the location is safe. I would definitely stay again.. Negative: nothing.

Positive: Perfect location, nice & quiet but 2 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants of Firostefani, with gorgeous views of the caldera. Only 10 - 15 minutes stroll to the crazy nightlife of Fira. Best location in Santorini - close to everything and great value for money. The room was incredibly clean (room 3), bed very comfortable, good shower with decent water pressure & hot water, very good air con. Little fridge very handy, as was the little balcony with table, chairs, parasol & foldable rack for drying clothes. Not directly next to the sea, but lovely side sea view. Wojczek was fantastic - communicated with us from the moment we booked, organised airport transfer & was extremely easy to contact to answer any questions or give tips. He goes out of his way to make sure his guests have a wonderful time. Would absolutely stay again! Car rental place round the corner has a friendly owner & was a great unexpected find for coffee & drinks.. Negative: Tiny things - there was a small problem with the air con, but we sent Wojczek a message & he fixed it immediately. We were lovely & cool in the room once it was fixed! Shower cubicle was a bit small with one of those curtains that sticks to you a bit, but that’s really nitpicking & wasn’t a problem for us (especially for the excellent price & all the other good things about this property & location!)..

We spent three days here. We’ve been traveling for almost 3 weeks throughout Europe and Greece, and this is by far the best value we have had. It’s not on the caldera, but the views are still incredible. The hosts (Wocheck and a woman I can’t remember her name) truly care that you are having a nice time and are there to help if you need anything. They deliver breakfast to your room whenever you ask, and go above and beyond expectations. I highly highly recommend, and I don’t highly recommend places very often.
