I usually write reviews after my stay is complete, but our experience with NIKO the manager here left me no choice but to write a review. We literally just checked in a few hours ago and we are in absolute awe by how we are being treated. He met us by the road, carried our bags and explained to us everything about Santorini. He explained what to do and where to go and helpful tips. He helped arrange dinner reservations, car rentals and other special arrangements. Within the first half hour we had our entire itinerary set and he helped us with the details. Even when we were confusing and decided to switch some of our plans he graciously changed the arrangements and he was very patient the entire time. Our room is unbelievable! Just incredible! Everything is very modern and very clean. Our shower is unreal, biggest shower i have ever seen. Our private hot tub is incredible and he even made it hotter for us upon our request. Room is filled with cappuccino and espresso and a complimentary bottle of water. To Niko, I have never seen someone so focused on making the guests happy and going the extra mile to make sure we have an amazing experience. While I was hesitant to come to Santorini, Niko and executive plan suites comforted me and confirmed the reason why I am here. Thank you again Niko and if you are trying to decide between which hotel to stay at in Santorini. Look no further. You will not regret this.

Although the staff were really nice, it was very frustrating that the main reason why we chose this suite (the hot tub and the breakfast) was not enjoyed. Our hot tub was cold for the first three days and after complaining and only getting excuses instead of solutions, it warmed up the last two days but was very Luke warm, we only got in for a few pictures. Breakfast was a big let down as we were told we will get a variety but instead got the same meal for two days in a row and then decided to have breakfast elsewhere. Breakfast included non-fresh cakes and pies in boxes and a little boxed juice which was ridiculous. The Tv also was not working until my partner took matters in his own hands and decided to programme it to work. Despite this, we still enjoyed our time and received a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a drive back to the airport free of charge. Overall the location is great for views and staff are very polite and welcoming, your room also gets cleaned everyday with fresh towels and toiletries topped up.

Amazing service from Niko, a beautiful view, and a jacuzzi to top it off. The breakfast was accommodating and delicious, and Niko organized any taxi/transfer that we wanted. Such a great hotel for a steal of a price. Would come back here ten times

Had a lovely 3 night stay here. Beautiful view. Hot tub was nice to enjoy at night and morning. Too hot during the day. Might be nice if it was colder. Great location walking distance to shops and restaurants but away from the craziness. The service was the best part. The staff is very friendly and helped us plan the perfect vacation.

Where to start? This place is beyond awesome, from location to service ,to host who will do everything to assist and help ,to views,comfort,hygiene etc etc. Breakfast is huge and delicious as well. We would definitely come back on summer even tho it was amazing weather in December as well.

I had a very pleasant stay in Exclusive Plan Suits. I am not sure why it’s rated as a 3 star hotel on Google, it is rated 4 star on booking.com but let me tell you it’s definitely a 5 star suit and It’s even better than any 5 star hotel I have been to. You will get everything you can imagine you would need in the room: from a juicer, two different coffee makers, rob…. I got upgraded to their best suit and let me tell you it was the best of the best. The view and sunset was breathtaking, the room itself was spacious and had a cave pool inside. I very much loved the decor and furniture and I am an interior designer myself. The bed was comfy, the cushions on the floor were super comfy and I sat on them for an hour every night. The staffs are amazing there. The manager ( I am so sorry to forget your name) he is very informative, very positive, and definitely a stylish gentleman who dresses up like a true European and loves his job. He will help you with anything you need, thanks a lot for everything! The cleaning lady is also super sweet and she cleaned our room and took care of us very well. Thank you so much lady! I would highly recommend to the owner to have a sign for the hotel at the entrance of the alley on the main street. The address on Booking.com was not accurate, even the phone number on Booking.com was a wrong phone number and I barely found anybody on the streets to help me find it. I came with a cab, the cab driver dropped me off at Firostefani square, told me to go wright. I looked for an hour and a half up and down the hill to find the hotel. If you booked this hotel I highly recommend to either get the transfer from the hotel or have a GPS on your phone cause I didn’t have wifi, and I couldn’t find the hotel until I have my GPS running. Cause it’s not on the main street, there is a slight turn to an alley. A tip to help you: from the street you will see a sign for DaVinci restaurant enter that alley, and then follow the Onar restaurant sign, it’s a slight turn to left and continue until you see the suites and most importantly have fun at this amazing hotel!

Efi and team were very professional and helpful. They accomodate all our needs and made sure our stay there can be pleasant. Caldera and sunset view from the hotel was spectacular. My wife and I enjoyed hot pool. Room cleaning service provided everyday with fresh coffee pods, and breakfast. We recommend this place. Fira town and bus stand was just about 10min away from the hotel by walk. Where you can shop, eat and enjoy your drinks. We recommend this place. Thank you Efi and the team.
