N	Nikos Papanikolakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη αντιμετώπιση που έχω συναντήσει ποτέ από βραβευμένη υποτίθεται εταιρία όπως δηλώνει η "υπεύθυνη". Πήρα να κλείσω για μάθημα 15 μέρες πριν και μου είπε η κοπέλα στα ραντεβού ότι θα με πάρει εντός των ημερών να μου πει αν έχει κάποιο κενό. Δεν με πήρε ποτέ. Ξαναπαίρνω τηλέφωνο και ευτυχώς βρίσκουμε κενό. Ζητώντας πληροφορίες για το μάθημα, που θα συναντηθούμε, τί εξοπλισμό να νοικιάσω κλπ μου απάντησε ότι θα με καλέσει 3-4 μέρες πριν το μάθημα να μου πει λεπτομέρειες. Δύο μέρες πριν το μάθημα και καμία επικοινωνία. Πλέον επικοινωνώ με την "υπεύθυνη" και ιδιοκτήτρια της σχολής ώστε να ξέρω αν ισχύει το ραντεβού ή όχι, ώστε να μην ξεκινήσω από την Αθήνα άδικα. Την ενημέρωσα επίσης, καλοπροαίρετα ότι δυσφημείται η σχολή όταν κάποιος εργαζόμενος δεν δίνει σημασία και πρέπει ο πελάτης να τους ψάχνει επανειλημμένως. Ε τελικά βρέθηκα να απολογούμαι γιατί δεν κατανόησα ότι..... "όλοι κάνουμε λάθη και η κοπέλα απλά ξέχασε να με ενημερώσει". Έτσι απλά. Η οδηγίες τις "υπεύθυνης" ήταν ότι το ραντεβού ισχύει και για τις πληροφορίες που θέλω να ξανακαλέσω την κοπέλα στα ραντεβού. Το τηλέφωνο κλειστό. Ξαναπαίρνω την "υπεύθυνη" να την ενημερώσω και γεμάτη ειρωνία μου απαντάει ότι η κοπέλα μάλλον πέθανε!!! "Το ψάρι βρωμάει από το κεφάλι λοιπόν!!" Τελικά έκλεισα μαθήματα σε άλλη σχολή που εδώ και μια βδομάδα η κοπέλα προσπαθούμε επίμονα να βρει κάποιο κενό και με κρατούσε ενήμερο όλες αυτές τις μέρες. The worst deal I've ever come across from an award-winning company is supposed to be "responsible". I got to book lesson 15 days ago and the girl told me at the appointment that she would take me within days to tell me if she had any gaps. He never got me. I pick up the phone again and luckily we find a gap. Asking for course information we will meet, what equipment to rent etc replied that it will call me 3-4 days before the course tells me details. Two days before the lesson and no communication. I am now contacting the "responsible" and owner of the school so that I know whether the appointment is valid or not so that I do not start from Athens unjustly. I also informed her, well, that the school is being dishonored when an employee doesn't care and the customer has to look for them repeatedly. Well I finally found myself apologizing for not understanding ..... "we all make mistakes and the girl just forgot to tell me". Just like that. The "responsible" instruction was that the date also applies to the information I want to call the girl back to dating. The phone is off. I again take the "responsible" to inform her and full of irony she replies that the girl probably died !!! "The fish stinks from the head so !!" Eventually I closed classes at another school where for a week the girl kept trying to find a vacuum and kept me informed all these days.

Very good equipment, great value for both skiing and snowboarding, excellent professionals and helpful when there was a "theme" with board straps.

Low quality service (they offer magnetic racks but when you get to the store they tell you that the ropes are missing and you can't use them), old and badly maintained equipment (our snowboard bindings kept malfunctioning or started to degrade into pieces and the lady on the counter said it's not their fault "it's because of the ice"! The temperature was 1 degrees and the bindings were Salomon. Never heard Salomon makes summer, 30 degree weather only, snowboard bindings, but the lady probably new better) wouldn't waste my time or money again.
