This a small charming hotel not far away from the beach and from commercial area, nice to walk...personal is extremely friendly and helpful. We come here since years and we recomand with open heart!

This hotel offers just anything you could wish for. Centrally located, great room (we stayed in the "green" room), spacious, impeccably clean, nice bathroom, fantastic mattresses, wonderful breakfast and lovely service. Every single person connected to the hotel was so sympathetic that they made your day. Absolutely recommended.

From the first step in the hotel,we realized it was not a mistake coming for our holiday here. Friendly and helpful staff,clean room,and very rich breakfeast. The only problem with this hotel is the wrong location,and with wrong location i mean Nea Moudania its a very boring village,and in our case (two small children) the beach and the water are not suitable for them. But this is nor a problem,becouse if you drive there are alot of crystal clear water beaches around. Once again,5 ☆ for the hotel.

Although this hotel is on a main road, traffic is not too busy. My room faced out to the back, over a grassed undeveloped site, but within 50-100 meters of other traditional housing. The room is excellent and comfortable. Very standard with modern decor and is very well cleaned each morning. Fridge in room, tick. I arrived late in the evening but was made very welcome. Breakfast is a buffet but as one lady serving said "We Greeks like to eat". On all three mornings so far, extra dishes have been served to my table unbidden, above what I already chose. The buffet selection has varied a bit every day. They proudly inform you that a lot is 'home-made'. It is all delicious!! And I hope you like traditional cheese pie/pastry. Parking outside is easily available. Air-conditioning in the room is great. The lady Manager, was very helpful in showing me on her computer various highlights of places to visit in the area. She knew a lot about many other resorts and where to drive to see beautiful beaches. The hotel is a short walk from the main road that runs into/through the town centre, and gives easy access to the restaurants and shops on the harbour/seafront. The town beach is only a 10-15 min walk in the opposite direction as you reach the sea. I have dined out each evening and found the restaurants to be to a good standard, and good service. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better quality of service and location, for my needs.

Can't recommend it enough.Don't think we have been at a nicer Hotel . Lovely, lovely staff, amazing room and wonderful breakfast. Sokratis Hotel is absolutely spotless clean, has a very tasteful interior. The staff went every extra mile to spoil us with little treats and made sure that we had the best time.
