★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sink was dripping water, the tv was small and old, the decoration was not that good... All in all this hotel definetely needs a renovation.. Also the swimming pool was dirty and the breakfast was the worst i've ever had in my life. At army they served me better breakfast. The only good thing was the people who were working there... they were polite and willing to help you anytime...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fake web site . Completely different from what the true reflection of this hotel really is.Run down rooms with the view of the construction dump trucks outside. Front desk staff so neutral and unfriendly. Kitchenette with missing handles and with nothing inside the cabinets. Zero supplies and no water at all on the first day of the visit and trying to blame the city when all the other hotel around had water. If you go there like we did late August they charge premium price and they give you no service at all . Knowing that you will not revisit they hose you down for all they can and make you feel ripped off.please don’t book this hotel if you can call it one and go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, there is a swimming pool and it is not far from the center but that's it.
No shower for the swimming pool, the bed is bad (very very soft. We had pain in the back every morning), the breakfast hours is short (but good).
Too expensive also. You can find much better for less money around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff and service exceeded expectations and went above and beyond for us with a last minute private sightseeing tour around the island and fantastic food recommendations which made our trip unforgettable. Peter is so kind and accommodating. Comfy beds. Great location. Beautiful surrounds. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap and good place to stay in Fira, from apartment to city center and to view point it's 10 minutes by walk. Breakfast was okay. Air conditioning in room is free. Swimming pool was a little bit dirty and old but not too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff there were super friendly and helpful. They offer shuttle rides to the airport for €20 per shuttle. Our AC wasn’t working and they had someone come right out and look at it. The pool was very nice to have right there
