★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, close to everything in Fira by foot. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. Not luxurious, but given the prices, it is more than just adequate . You can also book transfer to and from the airport for 10Euro, great value in comparison (I had a rental car, so I didn’t test that though). Happy to return soon.

Offering high value for money tours around the island, going to e.g. lighthouse, blue dome, red beach, black beach (with 2.5 hour free time), sunset at Oia (with 2.5 hour feee time) etc. with only 35 euro. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fun and knowledable tour guide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was dirty and unprepared when I arrived – bathroom cup, spoons, floor, and shower all had anywhere from slightly visible stains to very obvious marks. Toilet didn't flush properly and would reek after use. The wifi was unusable, probably the worst I have experienced in Greece. I would get disconnected every 5-10 minutes, with even Youtube videos being difficult to load. Also, no breakfast was offered. If the above was taken care of, this stay would have been a lot nicer due to the great location of this property, as they are right in the heart of Fira next to almost everything you need.

Areas of improvement: Free breakfast!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location. Located in the heart of Fira. The owner is an amazing guy. ? room was as expected, but the beds a little hard and you can hear the hall way. Perfect for 1 maximum 2 nights to explore Santorini
