★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άσχημη εμπειρία. Δυστυχώς έχω 4 μοτέρ για τα ρολά στα παράθυρα μου. Πριν λίγο καιρό τα δύο από αυτα (είναι το ένα δίπλα στο άλλο) παρουσίασαν πρόβλημα. Συγκεκριμένα, έδειχναν ότι δεν έχουν δύναμη να ανεβάσουν ή να κατεβάσουν τα ρολά. Απευθύνθηκα στο σερβις της εταιρείας, η οποίο μου ανέφερε οτι το ένα ειχε προβλήμα και μου το αντικατέστησε δωρεάν, ομως, για το άλλο ανέφερε ότι πρέπει να επισκευαστεί με κόστος 70 ευρώ. Αφού το επισκεύασε μου απεστεαπέ αλλά δεν λειτουργούσε. Τελικά μου το άλλαξαν με καινουριο αλλά τα 70 ευρώ της επισκευής (που δεν ηήτα επιτυχής) δεν μου τα επέστρεψαν. Ωστόσο, αναρωτιέμαι αν πως το σέρβις έστειλε κάτι που δεν λειτουργούσε και τι επισκεύασε τελικά. Επίσης να σημειωθεί ότι τοστ καιρό τα ρολά δεν λειτουργούσαν.
 Bad experience. Unfortunately I have 4 motors for the rolls on my windows. Some time ago, two of them (one next to each other) experienced a problem. In particular, they showed that they have no power to raise or lower the rolls. I contacted the company's service, which told me that one had a problem and replaced it for free, but for the other it said it had to be repaired at a cost of 70 euros. Having repaired it but was not working. Eventually I changed it with a new one, but the 70 euros of the repair (which was not successful) did not return them to me. However, I wonder if the service sent something that did not work and what it finally repaired. Also note that toast the shutters did not work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο ανύπαρκτο, 3 μέρες προσπαθώ να επικοινωνήσω για τεχνική υποστήριξη, κάποια στιγμή άφησα και μήνυμα όπως μου ζητήθηκε αλλά δεν με κάλεσε ποτέ κανείς...τελικά βρήκα λύση στον ηλεκτρονικό της γειτονιάς...μην ξεχάσω να αγοράσω ξανά κάποιο είδος δικό σας και να το συστήσω και στον κύκλο μου...
the call center non-existent, 3 days I try to contact for technical support, at some point I left a message as I was asked but no one ever called me ... finally I found a solution in the neighborhood electronics ... do not forget to buy again some kind of yours and to recommend it to my circle ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μακριά απο somfy στην Ελλάδα. Είμαι τέντας μου έδωσαν λάθος ρουτερ και τώρα δεν αναλαμβάνει κανεις την ευθύνη. Ουτε η ίδιοι ουτε ο προμηθευτής τους. ???????
Away from somfy in Greece. I am an awning they gave me the wrong router and now no one is taking responsibility. Neither they nor their supplier. ???????

Non-existent telephone customer support that is not in line with the brand name that the company wants to use in Greece. Zero product support.
In your answer I add that I have left my name and phone number on the answering machine.
