E	Emma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben das Zimmer über booking.com gebucht, als wir ankamen wurden wir darüber informiert, dass die Dachterrasse und der Pool wegen Corona gesperrt sind, hätte man unser Meinung nach auf der Website vermerken können. Auch der Essensbereich im Soso Anastasia war nicht geöffnet, man isst gegenüber im Glaros Hotel. Wir hatten Halbpension, das Frühstück ist okay aber wirklich nicht berauschend und das Abendessen war für uns nach 2 Tagen nicht mehr essbar. Allerdings ist das Hotelzimmer im Soso Anastaisa für 4 Sterne wirklich sehr schön, wir würden empfeheln es ohne Verpflegung zu buchen und an der nahgelegenen Einkaufsstrasse die Restaurant zu besuchen, dort stimmt die Preis-Leistung in jedem Fall! Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Booked the room through booking.com, when we arrived we were informed that the roof terrace and the pool are closed due to Corona, our opinion could have been noted on the website. The dining area in Soso Anastasia was also not open, you can eat across the street in the Glaros Hotel. We had half board, the breakfast is okay but really not great and the dinner was no longer edible for us after 2 days. However, the hotel room in the Soso Anastaisa is really very nice for 4 stars, we would recommend booking it without meals and visiting the restaurant on the nearby shopping street, the price-performance ratio is right there in any case! The location of the hotel is great.

Маленький не ухоженный и платный( как и везде) Номера в отеле отличные (уборка так себе! Шампунь, бальзам, гель через раз! И то если попросишь)! В общем и целом видимо все забили на этот отель вместе с хозяином! Так как в здании нет не ресепшен! Бассейн закрыт, спа не работает, на заселение нужно пройти квест так как оно проходит в соседнем отеле! Там же вся еда! Однообразные, скучные завтраки с пережаренными яйцами! Каждый день одно и тоже! Ужин такой же безликий! Если останавливаться в этом отеле! Вы получите хорошие просторные номера! . Короче после ковида можно было и получше подготовится к сезону! Ну а если по персоналу то тут его нет кроме как в кафе! Там он дружелюбный и отзывчевый. Если в общем то 4 из 10. Так как мы без привязки к территории , еде ,бассейну и пляжу. Еслии честно то цена слишком высока! Выбирая отель смотрите рассположение! Но а если вы с маленькими детьми то это точно мимо! 100% . Хотя мы этот возраст уже прошли! Well built hotel! The pool is closed, the spa does not work, you need to complete a quest to check in, as it takes place in a neighboring hotel! All the food is in there! Monotonous, boring breakfasts with fried eggs! Every day the same thing! Dinner is just as faceless! If staying at this hotel! You will get nice spacious rooms! ... In short, after covid, one could better prepare for the season! Well, if the staff is not here, except in a cafe! There he is friendly and helpful. If in general, then 4 out of 10. Since we are not tied to the territory, food, pool and beach. To be honest, the price is too high! When choosing a hotel, see the location! But if you are with small children, then this is definitely past! 100% . Although we have already passed this age!

The hotel rooms are well equipped, but one problem is that the air conditioning is not working properly and it was necessary to call the foreman twice to fix it. Since the central air conditioning master couldn’t help anything, it was necessary to cool the room all day to make it normal. Also a strange smell in the lobby that doesn’t go away. Don’t be fooled, the hotel doesn’t have an outdoor pool. The view is misleading - the outdoor pool is for 3 rooms only. The food is mediocre and always the same. I think the menu should be change. Administration is inflexible. We had to pay an extra 3 hours for € 30 because our flight was at 6pm.
