Β	ΒΑΣΙΑ ΡΟΜΠΟΤΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση, είχα εκδηλώσει ενδιαφέρον για μία αγγελία και ενώ μου ζητήσαν τηλέφωνο για να με καλέσουν για ραντεβού επειδή δήθεν ήταν ακόμα μέσα ο προηγούμενος ενοικιαστής, όχι μόνο δεν με ενημέρωσαν αλλά μετά από λίγες ημέρες κατέβηκε η αγγελία επειδή το σπίτι νοικιάστηκε. Επιπλέον δεν απαντάνε στα τηλέφωνα κ αν απαντήσουν είναι ιδιαίτερα αγενείς. Very poor service, I was interested in an ad and while they asked me to call me for an appointment because the previous tenant was still inside, not only did they not inform me but after a few days the ad came down because the house was rented. In addition, they do not answer the phones and if they do, they are very rude.

Αρχικά έκλεισα ραντεβού για τις 1:30 και περίμενα μισή ώρα στο γραφείο μέχρι να έρθει ο συνεργάτης της μεσιτριας που ήταν ήδη εκεί. Όση ώρα περίμενα τα τηλέφωνα χτυπούσαν σαν τρελά και η ίδια αδιαφορούσε πλήρως, για την ακρίβεια απαντούσε σε δικά της προσωπικά τηλεφωνήματα και όχι στου γραφείου. Μετά την απαράδεκτη καθυστέρηση για την οποία δεν είχε ούτε ενημέρωση ούτε και έστω μια απολογία (την ρώτησα αν μπορεί να πάρει τηλέφωνο τον συνεργάτη της γιατί ειχα και άλλα ραντεβού και απλά μου έλεγε "θα έρθει"), επισκεφθηκαμε 2 διαμερίσματα που απείχαν από τις φωτογραφίες του ιντερνετ. Και ο συνεργάτης της δεν έδειχνε καμία διάθεση για εξυπηρετηση, αγενεστατος. Τέλος ενώ είχα ενημερώσει ότι ήθελα να δω 3 σπίτια μου είπε ότι δεν προλαβαίνει γιατί είχε άλλο ραντεβού και ότι ήταν με χρέωση η επίδειξη τρίτου σπιτιού κάτι για το οποίο δεν με ενημέρωσαν. Αφού της είπα ότι θα έπρεπε να με ενημερώσει η μεσιτρια στο γραφείο άρχισε και να ειρωνεύεται. Δεν ξέρω πως δεν έχει κλείσει ακόμη. The worst real estate I visited in Thessaloniki. After I told her that the realtor in the office should have informed me, she started to make fun of me. I do not know that it is not closed yet.
v	viki seitou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω να πω ότι χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση μέχρι τώρα δεν έχω συναντήση στη ζωή μου !!! Αφού έκλεισα σπίτι για την κόρη μου το σάββατο στις 25/9/21 και να τον πληρώσω την δευτέρα έδωσε το σπίτι σε αλλόν και άφησε το παιδί στο δρόμο με τα έπιπλα πακεταρισμένα στην μεταφόρική εάν αυτό λέγετε επαγγελματισμός λυπάμε πραγματικά !!! I have to say that the worst service so far I have not met in my life !!! After I booked a house for my daughter on Saturday 25/9/21 and to pay him on Monday he gave the house to someone else and left the child on the street with the furniture packed in the transport if you call it professionalism we are really sorry !!!

Ερχόμενος στο ραντεβού (καθυστερημένα), μας προσπέρασε απλά με το μηχανάκι για να φτάσει στο σπίτι (μας είπε ότι απλά θα τον δούμε πιο πάνω). Φτάσαμε εκεί και στο ίδιο ραντεβού, την ίδια ώρα, ήταν αλλά 6 άτομα! Μας έκλεισε ραντεβού για σπίτι 50τμ 8ατομα στο σύνολο. Εν μέσω πανδημίας. (Φυσικά δεν μας είχε αναφέρει ότι θα είναι κι άλλοι την ίδια ακριβώς ώρα εκεί.) Καμία διάθεση για εξυπηρέτηση. Καμία υπευθυνότητα από μέρους τους. Και χωρίς ίχνος ευγένειας. Η δικαιολογία του ήταν ότι απλά δεν προλαβαίνει. Ούτε καν για να μπούμε ένας ένας να το δούμε. Κρίμα. The worst. The "gentleman" is rude and irresponsible. Έκλεισα ένα διαμέρισμα και την στιγμή που πήγα με την προκαταβολή, με ενημερώνει ότι το έχουν δώσει αλλού γιατί δεν τους ενημέρωσα ποια ώρα ακριβώς θα παραδώσω τα χρήματα! Επιπλέον βρισκόταν έξω οι καινούριοι ένοικοι, το διαμέρισμα συνέχιζαν να το δείχνουν ενώ το έκλεισα! The worst in their field! Irresponsible and rude, they are not worth the money they get.
