Όταν είναι ο δρόμος μου και επιθυμώ να φάω κάτι άνετα θα, σταματήσω. Θυμάμαι πριν κάποια χρόνια επισκέφθηκα το εργοστάσιο κάπου κοντά στο ανατολικό παλιό αεροδρόμιο όπου είδα εκεί με τα μάτια μου να καταβαλλονται μεγάλες προσπάθειες στην έρευνα, τις δοκιμές για την ακόμη μεγαλύτερη ανάδειξη του προϊόντος. Σουρσος θυμάμαι λέγονταν ενώ υπήρξε μια "διαμάχη" μεταξύ των ιδιοκτητών (συγγενείς ησαν) κατά την οποία αυτή αποσκοπουσε στην επικράτηση του ονόματος ως προϊόν όπου η μία μεριά επιθυμούσε το προαναφερομενο επιθετο μιας και γνωστό, παλαιό κτλ ενώ η άλλη μεριά επέμενε για το "Δωρικον" αν θυμάμαι καλά. ΤΕΛικα μετακομισα από την περιοχή, έπαψε να είναι τα λημέρια μου, δεν γνωρίζω τι απέγιναν όσα λέω, πάντως ισχύει εκείνο που είπα αρχικά πως δηλαδή τους εμπιστεύομαι.
