★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Περιμέναμε 45 λεπτά και είχαμε και μικρό παιδί στην παρέα και ατομα απο εξωτερικό που θέλανε παραδοσιακό σουβλάκι....και δεν φέρανε ούτε καν τη σαλάτα. Σηκωθήκαμε και πληρώσαμε τα αναψυκτικά και η κυρία ήταν αγενέστατη και μόνο που δεν μας έβρισε αντί να δει το πρόβλημα στο μαγαζί της και να ζητήσει συγγνώμη!
Δεν θα ξανά πήγαινα ποτέ!
 We waited for 45 minutes and we had a small child in the company and people from abroad who wanted a traditional souvlaki .... and did not even bring the salad. We got up and paid for the soft drinks and the lady was very rude and only she did not find us instead of seeing the problem in her shop and apologizing!
I would never go again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ωραία σουβλάκια έχει ο Άρης αλλα μέχρι εκεί. Ίσως η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση σε κατάστημα στην Καλαμάτα. Παραγγελία έκανε μιάμιση ώρα να έρθει Εντάξει ήταν γεμάτο το κατάστημα αλλά και πάλι δεν δικαιολογείται τόση καθυστέρηση για 5 πίτες. Η παραγγελία ήρθε ελειπης και έγινε υπενθημιση στο σερβιτόρο 2 φορές. Τελικά μετά από μισή ώρα ακόμη ζητήσαμε λογαριασμό να φύγουμε και μας χρέωσαν και αυτά που δεν έφεραν. Είδα το αφεντικό ή τον υπεύθυνο μέσα στο κόσμο να βρίζει τον σερβιτόρο αλλά και ο σερβιτόρος όταν τελικά πληρώσαμε και του είπαμε ότι του κάναμε 2 φορές υπενθύμιση και μας απάντησε "και τι έγινε". Τέτοια μαγαζιά πρέπει να κλείνουν.
