★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μόλις φτάσαμε μας ενημερωσαν ότι η κράτηση μας είναι για 1 μέρα ενώ ειχαμε ζητήσει για 2. Το δωμάτιο υποτίθεται 4κλινο, είχε ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και 1 μονο. Ζητήσαμε ένα κρεβάτι επιπλέον και δεν είχαν. Ζητήσαμε άλλο δωμάτιο κανονικό τετρακλινο και να πληρώσω την διαφορά στην τιμή, καμία εξυπηρέτηση. Με αποτέλεσμα να μην μείνουμε στο ξενοδοχείο αλλά παρ' όλα αυτά πληρώσαμε το δωμάτιο 60 € χωρίς να μείνουμε.
 Upon arrival we were informed that our reservation was for 1 day while we requested for 2. The room is supposed to be 4 bed, had a double bed and 1 single. We asked for an extra bed and they didn't. We asked for another room with a standard quadruple and paid the price difference, no service. As a result we did not stay in the hotel but we nevertheless paid the room 60 € without staying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good: Spacious room with kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom, small room for cloths, nice big balcony and a sofa. Lots of parking space. A small pool. The bad: The toilet didn't flush well. The shower was too small/low for a person taller than 1.8m. Noisy neighbourhood. You need to take the car to Vonitsa (closest town)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If this is a 4 star hotel, then I'm the Queen of England. This was a poor experience from the moment I tried to check-in because:
1. The gentleman at the front desk ignored me then, when I finally said something, he waved his hand telling me to leave because "they were full", .even though I was holding a reservation in my hand. He continued to dismiss me, this time holding a piece of paper (which had my name written on it) showing all their reservations.
2. No water hot water...none
3. Extremely weak Wi-Fi (both of their networks were very slow)
4. The towels felt like using a light sandpaper to dry off
5. The A/C continued to shut itself off throughout the night even after adjusting the timer and every other option I could adjust.
