PERFECT HOLIDAYS 5/5 We stayed this August at “Porto Matzavino” We like absolutely everything!!! The clean villa and the great view is marvelous and the private beach is a great pleasure. You can see the photos and the reality is exactly the same. The garden, is a true paradise We cross the crystal clear waters with the canoe and the fishing boat and we loved it. The hospitality are great and you can visit lots of places restorants and beaches around in Lefkada, Preveza etc. I recommend the place highly for couples and families!!! Villa Porto Matzavino is the best place to relax during your summer holidays. It is located at a magnificent location surrounded by Amvrakikos bay and has a unique access to a beautiful, quiet and clean beach. The owner Vasiliki is the "soul" of the villa! She is a really nice, friendly and educated person whose hospitality is beyond words Don't hesitate to stay at Villa Porto Matzavino! It will be a unique experience

It was one of my best vocation ever. The house was amazing and had all the comforts that we need. I woke up every morning and enjoyed my breakfast in the beautiful yard with the ocean view. The place is so peaceful and the hostess was more than polite. We arrived in the house very tired from our long trip from California and Kiki had cooked for us a delicious dinner. It was the most tasteful fish and Greek mousaka that I have ever taste. I was also surprised when Kiki told me that she uses her own vegetables, which growing up in her yard, to make these delicious dinners. We had our private beach in front of the house that we could swim and enjoy our privacy most of the times. We also used our kayak and the snorkeling equipment in order to explore the region. It was own of my most relaxing vocations and I will definitely come back!

Secluded and intimate Villa on the beach with country side on the back. Great holiday with my family. Had an amazing time at the villa. Everything for your relax at hand! From fishing with motorboat (included) to just bathing or chilling in the garden. Amazing views from the veranda on the upper flat where we used to taste wine and olive from Kiki the owner which has been very helpful treated us with great care and hospitality. Amazing location in terms of privacy and relax as well as visiting nearby villages.

Excellent villa! The location is very good. Clean convenient beach is right in front of the villa. Supermarket is just 8 minutes away by car. Villa is cozy, clean, stylish and feels like home. Landlord Kiki is very friendly, speaks English very well and is always ready to accompany customers and gives perfect advise for places to go and to eat.

Porto Matzavino is the loveliest place we have come across in our 10 years of travelling for holidays. Villa is very safe away from crowds. The beach is right in front of the property. The vegetable garden at the back of the house is amazing and it was such a pleasure to cut a couple of tomatoes each day and prepare the all essential Greek salad for lunch! The little boat was delightful to use to pop round to other bays and we had a day out fishing. A truly lovely property. We just loved the simplicity, tidiness, clean, relaxation, away from it all feeling that permeates the place. (17-19 July 2020)

Villa Porto Matzavino is safe away from crowds. The surrounding area is heaven There are beautiful palm trees just before the seashore which gives an excellent impression. The building is just in front of the sea where the visitors can swim. The waters were clean. There was a private kiosk just for the visitors of the Villa. There you can relax after the swimming. The building was very clean. The rooms were comfort and clean. Everything was in order and ready to use. The Villa is a two-level building. The first level is the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. The second level there were three rooms. Villa has three bathrooms. There are big and very comfortable balconies with excellent view in the garden and the sea. There was a fire place and heating and therefore Villa Porto Matzavino is a very good destination for the winter also. We feel like our homes. Visitors can go for fishing with a motorboat which is free and use the canoe just for fun. The area is recommended for families with small children. The owner was extremely friendly. She prepares for us a very tasteful meal with local shrimps and fishes. The visitors can buy olive oil, olive and wine from the owner. We feel very comfortable and we consider the owner as a part of us. The owner was polite and educated. The rent was reasonable and will came back soon.

I liked everything, I enjoyed every moment of my journey and each minute spent in the beautiful villa. The garden was a reflection from paradise. Τhe wonderful veggie garden for farm to table freshness. From fishing with motorboat (included) to just bathing or chilling in the garden. It was peaceful and very safe away from crowding. We had stay in many villas but here the host became our friend and she was near us in every moment to help us with very valuable advices about the area and made all efforts to help us to feel extraordinary in this short vacation . Kiki prepared for us tasty meals when we was to tired to go out. Thank you Kiki very much for the great time we spent in your property and for all your support.
