I would especially like to point out the owner Despina, who makes sure that everything goes smoothly upon arrival and takes care of you at sunrises, and Andreas, who with his team at Sparos Bistrot provides top-quality cuisine. Everyone on the team is very thoughtful and makes sure that you enjoy dreaming on the beach and sipping cocktails prepared by the top bartender, as well as enjoying Mediterranean cuisine. I would rather not tell anyone about this place and keep it to myself. All I know is that I will be back as soon as possible
R	Roozbeh Shafafy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a lovely hidden gem on the Megas Lakos beach which itself is the lesser trodden, quieter and better version of Xi beach. The bar/bistrot is not too busy and serves fantastic food which varies according to what is available and fresh in terms of seafood. They have other menu items which are always available. Needless to say all the food is fantastic especially the octopus carpaccio, marinated sardines and tuna burger. The views are great and the staff are incredibly friendly. If you are on the Kefalonian peninsula you must visit.
L	Lucas Domansky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ at first glance it looks like beach bar but this place is amazing! great view , nice quiet red sand beach down below and the food in Sparos Bistrot just WOW! , it's quality over quantity but trust me you won't regret it if you like your food, we had: Greek salad all made from organic ingredients , smoked courgettes mmm yamy and Grouper fish pasta very tasty and made to perfection , will be coming back !

E	Elena Dobre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food, welcoming staff, friendly bartender, passionate cook. We had fresh tuna, house white wine, freddo cappuccino, mojitos. Better place to go to the beach too, is quiet and the sun beds are cheaper. 5€ the set of two, comparing to 6 or even 10€ on the main beach at Xi. If you are already on Xi beach you can walk to the restaurant and have lunch there. Is the best option in the area. Don't drive there, you'll spend around 17 min in the car. If you are not yet on the Xi beach I recommend to go directly to Sparos, park in their parking lot and go on their side of the beach. A nice lady will help you with the sun beds, drinks and all information you need. Make sure you don't follow the Google directions, it leads you on a very bad road. Set destination to Megas Lakkos Beach and you'll easily find the restaurant. I recommended this place also for those working remotely, good internet connection, nice green garden and many tables where you can spend the day.

In short, we just had a very good time at Hotel Chloe and Sparos Bistrot on Xi Beach in Kefalonia. The location and the ambience are unique. The staff is very friendly and eager to fulfill all requests - thanks for the wonderful Red Snapper! Much of the menu is homemade and comes from own cultivation or from local producers or fishermen. We would like to highlight the great olive oil (thanks Andreas!). The food is prepared with a lot of love and passion - you can taste it with every bite (thanks Jimmy!). Thank you for the best chateau briand we have ever had, the unique starters and refined pasta dishes, as well as the meatballs, which our daughter particularly enjoyed. The wine accompaniment with regional wines was excellent (thanks Dinos!).
