A	Art Ch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα σήμερα το πρωί στο υποκατάστημα της Speedex για να στείλω ένα δέμα σε φίλη στην Αγγλία. Ρωτησα αρχικά αν γίνεται αντικαταβολή ή πληρωμή μέσω Paypal.. Μόλις ο υπάλληλος ξεκίνησε να με 'εξυπηρετεί, χτύπησε το κινητό του. Απάντησε την κλήση, έκλεισε και απολογήθηκε για να πάρει ένα τηλέφωνο ακόμα. Του είπα πως αυτό είναι σα να μπήκε κάποιος άλλος πελάτης μετά από μένα και να πήρε τη σειρά μου. Οπισθοχώρησε και άφησε το τηλέφωνο στην άκρη. Μου ζήτησε τη διεύθυνση. Ξεκίνησα με το όνομα παραλήπτη και τον παρακάλεσα να το γράψει με λατινικούς χαρακτήρες. Λέω το όνομα, κολλάει και πάω να κάνω spelling. Στο Υ του Yiota, μαρμάρωσε. Πήρα το χαρτί και έγραψα το ονοματεπώνυμο και τη διεύθυνση φυσικά. Συσκεύασε το πακέτο και βγάζω την κάρτα μου για να πληρώσω. Στον ενικό με ρώτησε [έως και ενοχλήμένος] αν έχω μετρητά. Το POS ήταν μπροστά μου και τον ρώτησα, αυτό τι είναι. Η απάντηση ήταν ότι το μηχάνημα είναι για αντικαταβολές)What?)Εκεί ήταν που απασφάλισα εγώ. Έξω ήδη περίμεναν τρεις πελάτες στην αναμονη. Έξαλλος πλέον του ζήτησα την κάρτα, το ήδη συσκευασμένο πακέτο και σηκώθηκα έφυγα ωρυόμενος. Το να δουλεύεις σε εταιρία αποστολών εθνικών και διεθνών και να μην είσαι ικανός για Α junior, στοιχειώδες spelling δεν είναι ΟΚ. Ούτε το να σε ρωτάνε αν γίνονται αποστολές στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία,, να κοιτάς αποσβολώμένος και να απαντάς, στην Αγγλία δηλαδή (άλλη συνάδελφος) είναι ΟΚ. Το να παίρνεις ένα πακέτο να το ζυγίζεις με το χέρι και να το βγάζεις ενάμιση κιλό , λες και είσαι πλάστιγγα ενόσω είσαι franchise της Speedex είναι ανήκουστο και απαράδεκτο. Δε θα σχολιάσω τα μέτρα προστασίας σε περίοδο πανδημίας που έλαμπαν δια της απουσίας τους. Σε καιρούς χαλεπούς, με την ανεργία στα κόκκινα μ , το να μη δουλεύουν τόσοι άξιοι και να καταλαμβάνουν τις ελάχιστες θέσεις εργασίας ανάξιοι και ανεπαρκείς είναι ΝΤΡΟΠΗ και ΑΙΣΧΟΣ. I went to the Speedex branch this morning to send a parcel to a friend in England. I first asked if there is a cash on delivery or payment via Paypal. As soon as the employee started serving me, he rang his cell phone. He answered the call, hung up and apologized for getting another phone call. I told him that this was like another customer coming in after me and taking my turn. He stepped back and put the phone away. He asked me for the address. I started with the recipient's name and asked him to write it in Latin characters. I say the name, it sticks and I go spelling. In Yiota's Y, he marbled. I took the paper and wrote the name and address of course. Pack the package and I take out my card to pay. In the singular he asked me [even annoyed] if I had cash. The POS was in front of me and I asked him what it was. The answer was that the machine is for cash on delivery) What?) That's where I unlocked it. Three customers were already waiting outside. Enraged, I asked him for the card, the already packaged package and I got up and left, getting bored. Working in a national and international shipping company and not being able to A junior, basic spelling is not OK. Not even being asked if missions are being made in the UK, looking stunned and answering, in England (another colleague) is OK. Taking a package by hand and weighing it one and a half kilos, as if you are a scales while you are a Speedex franchise, is unheard of and unacceptable. I will not comment on the protection measures during a pandemic that shone through their absence. In bad times, with unemployment in the red, not working so well and occupying the few vacancies unworthy and inadequate is HUMANITY and DISGUSTING.

Μου έστειλαν ένα πακέτο τη Δευτέρα από Αθήνα για παράδοση στην Πάργα και μέχρι την Παρασκευή το μεσημέρι που επέστρεψα στην Αθήνα δεν είχε παραδοθεί. Οπως έμαθα και από άλλους, τα προβλήματα με τη συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία είναι μόνιμα. Αν μπορούσα δεν θα έβαζα κανένα αστέρι. Poor service. They sent me a package on Monday from Athens for delivery to Parga and by Friday at noon when I returned to Athens it had not been delivered. As I have learned from others, the problems with this company are permanent. If I could I would not put any stars.
i	iwannis sarigiannis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εντελώς απαράδεκτοι. Δε φαιρνουν πότε το δέμα. Μόνο να περάσουμε να το πάρουμε. Παίρνω τηλέφωνο δε το σηκώνει κάνεις. Δέμα αντικαταβολής δε.προκειται να το παραλάβω Completely unacceptable. They do not show when the package. Just go get it. I pick up the phone and you do not pick it up. I am going to receive a cash on delivery package
P	Panagiotis Sapelas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τουλάχιστον αστείοι, παραγγελία από 2/8/2021, το δέμα επεστράφη στην εταιρεία από όπου έγινε η παραγγελία ενώ ήδη είχα απευθυνθεί στο κατάστημα για την παραλαβή του, αφού θεώρησα αδικαιολόγητη την καθυστέρηση. Με ενημέρωσαν ότι καθώς δεν είχα tracking number δεν μπορούσαν να κάνουν αναζήτηση και ότι δεν έχουν λάβει τίποτα. Δυστυχώς κάποια καταστήματα επιμένουν ακόμα να συνεργάζονται μαζί τους και να ταλαιπωρούν τον κόσμο. At least funny, order from 2/8/2021, the parcel was returned to the company from where the order was made while I had already addressed the store to receive it, since I considered the delay unjustified. They informed me that since I did not have a tracking number they could not search and that they had not received anything. Unfortunately, some stores still insist on working with them and hurting people.
C	Chara Karyda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγική εξυπηρέτηση! Δέμα σταλμένο 2/8/21... Σήμερα 31/8/21 ακόμη αναζητείται η τύχη του. Υποτίθεται ότι είχαν λάθος διεύθυνση και τηλέφωνο... Μετά από λίγα λεπτά αποδεικνύεται πως η διεύθυνση και το τηλέφωνο είναι περασμένα στο σύστημα και ήταν απόλυτα σωστά! Μετά από λίγο φαίνεται στο σύστημα ότι είχαν αφήσει κ ειδοποιητήριο στην σωστή διεύθυνση αποστολής και είχε σταλεί κ μήνυμα στο κινητό(που ποτέ δεν έγινε ούτε το πρώτο ούτε το δεύτερο)! Γυρίσαμε στο ότι δεν υπήρχε αρχικά καν διεύθυνση κ τηλέφωνο στο δέμα και όπως μου είπαν περάστηκαν από την εταιρία που είχα παραγγείλει το δέμα μετά, αφότου είχε επιστραφεί το δέμα και καλά για να καλύψουν τα νώτα τους... Καταλαβαίνω να έγινε λάθος αλλά η αποποίηση της ευθύνης και οι αντικρουόμενες απόψεις δυστυχώς είναι κάτι μη επαγγελματικό.... Tragic service! Parcel sent 2/8/21 ... Today 31/8/21 his luck is still being sought. They supposedly had the wrong address and phone ... After a few minutes it turns out that the address and phone are entered in the system and they were absolutely correct! After a while it appears in the system that they had left a notification at the correct shipping address and a message had been sent to the mobile phone (which was never the first or the second)! We turned to the fact that initially there was not even an address and a phone number in the package and as I was told they passed by the company that I had ordered the package after, after the package was returned and well to cover their backs ... I understand that a mistake was made but the disclaimer of responsibility and conflicting views is unfortunately something unprofessional ....
Ε	ΕΙΡΗΝΗ ΛΟΥΚΑ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν υπήρχε κ κάτι χειρότερο θα το έγραφα.Καμία επικοινωνία.Απαράδεκτοι.Δεν απαντούν ποτε στο τηλ κ πρέπει να πας εκεί για να δεις αν ήρθε το δέμα όχι γιατί ξέρεις που είναι!!!!!Κ αν το βρεις! If there was something worse I would write it. No communication. Unacceptable. They never answer the phone and you have to go there to see if the package came, not because you know where it is !!!!! And if you find it!
