★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a VW Golf, very good car with low mileage (20k), nice engine and steering. Three days of pleasant Crete trip with no problems. Prices are below average for rentals, the owner is a very nice and competent woman. She gave us directions to some interesting places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid €40 for less than 10 minutes on a quad that was so starved of fuel it was juddering, then broke down, was told he’d come and bring fuel but this would cost us more, all this even though he assured us the quad would cover 10km, frankly heading to the petrol station on the highway would’ve been dangerous, since it broke down practically out of the lot. We managed to get it back and he offered to fuel it for an additional fee, disgusting unsympathetic service and no refund offered, would not recommend, money grabbers targeting holiday makers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got a car for the normal price and after 45min we got a problem. We called they and they send us an employee and a new car and he said on the phone that this costs 50€ extra. At the evening where I give the new car back a woman told me he charged me 170€. Without invoice and only cash - this is not serious. Next time I go to SIXT on the airport - I would recommend this to everyone! never again Speed. Car Rental.

Pretty old most likely and we jumped into an issue on our way back, but managed to return in one piece, but instead using the car half a day, we just had it 2 hours. BUT the next day we got a message to our Hotel room, they offered a car for free for 1 day. So, not really something to complain about. Personnel was very friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a convertible last summer (2021) and had the best experience with Elena and her family! They are so friendly - the car was clean and worked well. They are located right next to Stella hotels in a great location on the water! We took it to see other parts of the island and beaches. We were going to be a few minutes late back after needing to get gas and they were more than understanding and accommodating. Would 10/10 recommend!
