Steeds huren we voor enkele dagen een auto bij Europcar Kato Gouves. De ontvangst is er bijzonder vriendelijk. Je voelt meteen dat je aan het juiste adres bent om een wagen te huren. De informatie die je krijgt gaat niet enkel over de auto maar ook wordt met plezier uitgelegd welke routes en plaatsen het meest interessant zijn om te bezoeken. Zelfs de lekkerste restaurantjes! De service is er uitstekend, de auto's in perfecte staat zodat je van je uitstap kan genieten zonder zorgen. Immers je weet dat je Europcar Kato Gouves steeds kan bereiken. Wij zijn er bijzonder tevreden over. Twice a year and for more than 10 years we go to Kato Gouves. We will then stay at the Amirandes hotel. We always rent a car for a few days at Europcar Kato Gouves. The welcome is very friendly. You immediately feel that you are at the right place to rent a car. The information you get is not only about the car, but it is also explained with pleasure which routes and places are the most interesting to visit. Even the best restaurants! The service is excellent, the cars in perfect condition so that you can enjoy your trip without worries. After all, you know that you can always reach Europcar Kato Gouves. We are very satisfied with it.

Сидони (Sidonie), управляющая - англичанка с соответствующими манерами и воспитанием. Цены, качество машин, сервис (мойка машины бесплатно, встреча в аэропорту и т.д.) - вне конкуренции. Поскольку встречают прямо в аэропорту с машиной и документами, автоматически все пункты проката в 5* отелях - не конкурентны по цене в полтора раза минимум. А с местечковыми пунктами по аренде в курортных местах - либо "забудут" страховку полную включить, либо машины старые и с проблемами. Здесь же за все 7 лет ни разу не было ни одной проблемы, все машины 1-2 года, с небольшим пробегом. Дважды было новое авто. Сидони, успехов вам и всего доброго! For the seventh year I rent a car only at this rental (family of 5 people). Fabulous friendly people! Sidonie, the manager, is an Englishwoman with appropriate manners and upbringing. Prices, quality of cars, service (car wash for free, meeting at the airport, etc.) is beyond competition. Since they meet right at the airport with a car and documents, all rental offices in 5 * hotels are automatically not competitive in price at least one and a half times. And with local rental points in resort places, they either “forget” the full insurance, or the cars are old and with problems. Here for all 7 years there has never been a single problem, all cars are 1-2 years old, with low mileage. Twice there was a new car. Sidoni, success to you and all the best!

We were very warmly welcomed by the manager, a very nice woman with a lovely irish accent :) We rented a car twice, and were even upgraded the first time. The car were good and the advices very usefull. Don't hesitate to rent your car here.

Not only was the car first rate and the service very efficient, nothing was too much trouble when we asked about best routes, what places were like. Very friendly and helpful. GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY TOO! Highly recommend them to anyone wanting a car in Crete.

She even picked up the car at night from our hotel, since she lives in the same town, so that we don’t have to go to the rental place late at night. In the end we somehow gave her 5€ too much and she even came back to the hotel to give us this money back!! Way more service than you can even think about !!!
