★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to the Spirit Of life Yoga Centre for three years,for many of their courses.The Yoga centre is in a wonderful setting and is very well equipped,with mats ,bolsters etc.The teaching is amazing and is Iyengar and Hatha yoga combined.Kerry the tutor has amazing skills in yoga and Tai Chi.The lessons are planned for various levels of ability,suitable for beginners to advanced students.
All students are made to feel very welcome in the classes.
Kerry and his wife Wendy prepare wonderful brunches ,using organic fresh produce(Very yummy).Just what is needed after a great class .,relaxing on the terrace.
The walking and yoga holidays combined are excellent,taking in mountains ,coastal walks ,gorges and traditional villages ,far from the madding crowds.
I cannot recommend these course enough,they are first class and are very varied with guest teachers.
If you want to immerse yourself in Yoga and Greece this is the place for you .
I am a Yoga Teacher myself and love this place.
