Helen and Phil have created a magical getaway here by the sea that is absolutely fantastic. You will be nurtured to within an inch of your life by the wonderful food, lovely people and restorative yoga, all in the airy whitewashed buildings perched above the sea. I spent two weeks the first time I went. Next time it was three... seriously, it’s hard to leave. If you want quiet wild beaches and miles of stunning walks, this place is for you. I cannot recommend this yoga retreat highly enough. I cannot wait to go back.

A	Anna Gillingham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yoga Rocks is in a stunning location, with an incredible team hosting their guests so that we all feel very cherished from the moment of arrival. The food is sensational - so much variety, colour and endless flavours. That doesn't do it justice - just think best ever vegan / vegetarian Mediterranean cuisine you will experience! The beaches are gorgeous and all very easy access. Phil and Helen offer all sorts of magical touches that make the visit special. The whole stay was incredibly relaxing - the rooms are extremely comfortable and the balcony with hammock is a key part of that. Thank you Yoga Rocks team for offering such a beautiful place in which to unwind and enjoy!

What an incredible place, location is out of this world , and with Phil, Helen , Ian and all the staff you feel like it is a home away from home, Of course a special mention to the chef, Bryony who has the 'magical' touch when it comes to food. I felt completely recharged after my week( way too short!).I cannot recommend @yogarockscrete highly enough...looking forward to 2021 already!

Had a brilliant week of yoga with lovely people, amazing food on the most beautiful coastline I've ever experienced. The wild empty beaches and sharp rocky cliffs create an intoxicating and confronting landscape to work with the body and mind. One thing about Yoga Rocks is it's not just a retreat centre, it's a community with a real family feel thanks to the way it is run by Phil and Helen, whose attention to every detail whilst remaining relaxed, friendly, welcoming and fun is what creates such a special atmosphere. I felt really cared for and this creates a safe space for these powerful practices to reach deeper. At the same time you have plenty of pace to be alone. It's no wonder many people stay longer than planned, including myself...
