Great place. Lovely lady who works there helped us out and did a massive load of washing for us on the spot. Really helpful and friendly.

Very expensive for the service they offer - 8 Euros for a medium sized load of washing. I didn't even get it dried. I'll be going elsewhere next time.

There was a lovely lady working who helped me get a load of laundry started. She told me to come back in a couple of hours. I came back and my laundry was folded and bagged up ready to go! I was charged 11 Euro and think it was totally worth it! Very happy with this place!

The store is owned by a family, a very polite and customer friendly family. Been there for a 300+ kilo laundry and they were very good, totally a value for money business! Thank you guys :)

Spent 7 euros to wash a small load of clothing, machine didn't work. No one in the facility to assist. Had to spend an additional 7 euros to use a different machine. Update: In response to the owner's reply that we were given a refund that is absolutely incorrect ??. Nobody came to give us anything first of all. We never called anyone so how could anyone specifically come to the facility to give us a refund? While we were washing our clothes an employee came in to deliver a bag of towels and we told him the issue with the washer. He tried to convince us that we had paid for a dryer and not a washer and that our money had not been taken and we could use the dryer so we told him to turn the dryer on if that was the case. He tried to turn the dryer on and of course he could not because we had not paid for a dryer we had paid for a washer. He made a phone call came back in and he did not reimburse us any money but he paid for us to use the dryer. A washer cost 7 euros and a dryer cost 3 euros, so you do the math. We put our items in the dryer and it was turned on medium-high heat for an hour. Another employee came into the facility to again drop off a bag of towels and she asked if she could check our clothes in the dryer, we only had about 3 minutes left on the dryer so we said yes. When she opened the dryer our clothes were still soaking wet, not even a pair of underwear were dry. The employee suggested that we use the first dryer, so we moved all of our clothes. The employee watched us move our clothes and then she left. The dryer that did not work was directly above the washer that did not work so it appears that maybe that entire unit does not work or at least was out of order at the time. We had to then pay for the dryer so in all as I stated previously we lost 7 euros at your facility because the equipment was malfunctioned. Also I am aware that the facility is "self service" however in order for a facility to truly be self service the equipment needs to work properly so that customers can service themselves without assistance, unfortunately that was not the case with your facility at least not on the day when I visited. Did three loads of wash for 27 euros. The staff was incredibly nice and listened to my wife's detailed drying instructions for some of her clothes. We left the clothes and returned 4 hours later to see them folded and dried exactly to her request. I would recommend for anyone! Great work!!! Thank you!
