Great if you're on a budget, out of town, avoiding the party area. Hosts Kat and George very accommodating.

Very noisy, not very clean. George and Kat who run the bar/snack bar do a good job.

What a great place Kat n George who run it are fabulous. Nice place to stay and good quality food at the pool bar. Would definitely come back here.

Just returned from an awesome week spent at these studios near Laganas. There are some negatives, so let's get these out the way. NEGATIVES 1) The Road Noise - Situated on the main road into and out of the resort, there's no denying that general traffic noise will interupt your conversation, not much can be done about it but read on to see if you think the positives outweigh the negatives. 2) If you're going to cook bring some basic utensils, the studio kitchens are very basic with literally an electric kettle, 2 hot rings, a fridge, a frying pan, a saucepan, cups, glasses, plates and cutlery. POSITIVES 1) Bar & Pool area. George is probably the best barman on the island, what George doesn't know isn't worth knowing, he keeps both areas clean and tidy and will always have time for you to answer any queries or recommend a restaurant. 2) Food and Drink. Food is available from 9:30am to 6pm and is reasonably priced, an English breakfast will cost you €5 and a pizza approx €8 (see photos). A draught pint of beer is €2.50 and a bottle of Budweiser is €3.00. 3) Location. So you're next to the main road but you're also near bus stops and only a 15 minute walk from the resort and then another 10 minutes walk if you want to go to the beach, if that's too far then a taxi will cost you €6 each way to either, or the bus is €1.80 each way per person. If you have any questions, please ask but if I return to Laganas, I'd certainly stay here again.

My friends and I stayed here for a week last July for a bit of a 'partying holiday' on the strip. Pool and bar was fantastic, with particular praise to George who was fab the entire holiday. My only reasons for a low rating: the shower was not a proper shower...you'd have to hold the shower head up in one hand and clean yourself with the other. The bathroom would also flood and regularly flood the entire kitchen. The kitchen itself was very very basic - worst of all was constantly crawling with ants. And the background noise of the road is unavoidable, particularly when in bed at night...it often kept me awake. The beds were fine I guess, nothing special. So overall the pool and bar area was great, but I couldn't feel comfortable once while in the room itself.
