On the slope of the inner wall of the volcano, just below the cathedral, there is a small Temple of St. John, we could not find the history of this beautiful church.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ναός αφιερωμένος στον Άγιο Ιώαννη το Θεολογο.Εχει υπέροχη θέα στην καλντερα αλλά είναι κλειστός και ερειπωμένος.
Church dedicated to Agios Ioannis the Theologian. It has a wonderful view of the caldera but is closed and ruined.
