Excellent hotel located centrally within Thira. We stayed here for two nights in February during the off-season, so the hotel was much emptier than usual. Like many hotels in Santorini, this is a collection of suites that are liberally scattered over an area and across different floors. It made for an adventure to find our room each time we wanted to head back and we only got the hang of it on the second day. First, the view. We were right on the edge of the caldera with a fully open view. Can’t ask for more than that and to say it was breathtaking is an understatement. We stayed in a loft room, which was comfortable but left the bed with a clearance of about three feet from the ceiling. If you don’t do well with tight spaces consider another type of room. The heater was also positioned at the top of the loft, so it needed to be turned up quite high to reach the living area below (while the lofted bedroom got very warm). Unless you’re visiting in the winter this shouldn’t be an issue, but thought I’d point this out for the few off-season travelers. We had a terrace to ourselves where had breakfast everyday. Breakfast is ordered the night before and delivered at a pre-scheduled time; we tried everything on the menu and pretty much every item was excellent (or maybe we were distracted by the view). Our terrace was adjacent the common pool, but given it was the off-season it was basically our private pool. We jumped in once - water was warm and nice, but getting out of the water was a different story … Service was impeccable. We made a mess once with the wind knocking over our breakfast but the hotel staff cleaned it up in 5 minutes. Can service to and from the airport was seamless and the hotel was highly responsive on WhatsApp even before our arrival. Overall, fantastic stay and offered as much Santorini experience as we could’ve asked for during a cold, windy February.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE! The biggest problem was an accident I had whilst getting out of the hot tub. The steps had no tread on them, there was no handrail and no warning signs, I fell and really hurt my wrist as well as sustaining other bruises. We went to reception to report it, the chap there said "We know it's slippy and we're getting it fixed". This concerned me greatly as this is tantamount to negligence. I asked to see the manager and was told she would be in in the morning. When she came and we explained what had happened, she got very defensive, said there is nothing they could do make it safer (which is not true) and said her colleague should never had said that they were going to fix it. She would not accept any responsibility and kept saying the owner wasn't in Santorini. I then asked for his details and told her I would be seeking legal advice. When we went to check out she said she would forward the details of the owner and his lawyer and I could deal with them. I have received nothing despite sending an email requesting these details. The bruising on my wrist is extremely painful and I am currently unable to drive. Prior to this we had to meet with the manager days before because: Our private terrace kept being intruded upon by maintenance staff who were using a cupboard there, even going behind us whilst having breakfast. We paid 500 EUR a night and expected a level of privacy and manners. We had to ask three times for pool towels. The toiletries were sporadic and missing(and not Hermes as per the website) No full length mirror that is also listed on the website. No drawers or shelves so underwear etc had to be kept in the case. Hot tub was not initially working correctly. Terrace canopy was removed without informing us and we had to ask 3 times for it to be put back. Robes were old and tatty and too small (I am a UK size 8) Breakfast wrong 3 days out of 5. No milk and sugar for the coffee, not salt and pepper, no side plates for the pastries, refused to make toast for 3 days. The door handle to our suite was broken from the start and whilst reported it was never fixed. A few of these things were rectified but not all. I appreciate that some of the things are minor on their own but they are the little things that should be being done, and with one ofter the other it was too much. After the fall and these complaints on checkout we received our extras bill which was only 59EUR. 2 sandwiches the night we arrived (which were awful) and 2 drinks. I told the manager that I did not want to give them any more money given all the complaints and surely they should waive this small charge. She then threatened to call the police if we didn't pay, so we paid. This place claims to offer world class service, it is very very far from it. There are much better places in Santorini

Management is great. Housekeeping is great. The waiter/breakfast server (Manuel) was very attentive and super friendly. ⭐️ The water was freezing cold in the shower on our first and last day. Our “hot tub” was broken on day one and “fixed” but the bubbles turn off every 2 mins so you have to continually push the bubble button. Also the “hot tub” wasn’t hot. It was a “kinda warm” hot tub. ?‍♀️ The bed was comfortable and the hotel driver(Roland) is the best. The restaurant we ate at had a computer problem and he waited for us with a smile on his face. ⭐️ We had massages and they were top notch. ⭐️ Overall we felt taken care of.

Just stayed there for two nights and overall it was really an amazing experience. Positives: -the room is really comfortable with a jacuzzi and the best view of Fira. -Facilities are super, swimming pool is beautiful and the staffs are really friendly. But there’s no Gym area, which is a little bit disappointed for 5 stars hotel. -Restaurant is fantastic, we had dinner there, the foods ans staff are just amazing and of course the view! The Price is also okay for five stars hotel. -breakfast is extraordinary, never had so great breakfast before in a hotel! Negatives: -well the price a little bit overpriced, I’ve been staying in another 5 star hotels too but what you’ll get more (for example Club lounge, extra big suites) for the same price on other hotels. -most of the staffs are really great but some of them are just okay and they forget to do something what we have ordered. For a 5 stars hotel the services/staffs should be more better. -for handicaps maybe the hotel is not really suitable because to reach the hotel you have to climb the stairs up/down, and it’s quite challenging even for me. -I was staying at suites 7 and there’s no towel hanger on the bathroom, maybe in the future they should provide it. Summary: Yes the hotel is very recommended especially if you’ll stay in Fira and you don’t mind to spend a little bit extra for the amazing experiences. For me of course I’d love to stay there again if I have a chance! :)

Absolutely beautiful views from our suite. It was a little cold when we went but the heated jacuzzi fixed that. Their free breakfast had all the options from pancakes to omelets. They even bring down your luggage and back up. Those steps can be killer lol

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The pictures give you the impression that you will have your own private balcony or your room will have amazing views - not true. The room we got had the view of stairs which everyone took all day. Some of the rooms do have a good view but a majority of then do not - even the suites. The staff is rude as well. Me and my wife were walking outside the lobby and the worker started asking us to pay for the room, we asked him do we not pay once we leave? Then he said yes okay no problem. Which 5 star hotel randomly asks its guests to pay before check out.

Amazing hotel on the island of Santorini. The staff went above beyond to make the stay enjoyable. I was here in December 2021 and felt like I had the island to myself. The breakfast daily was delicious and the staff made some great recommendations for dinner near by. The views from the hotel balcony’s were jaw dropping! It felt like you could reach out and touch the sun. Also, it was fun watching the cruise ships coming through daily.

Got married 19 March and came here right after for 7 nights for Honeymoon and it was a great experience! The breakfast (we took it inside our room and then in bed?) was phenomenal and very tasty. The service from airport transport to bell hop to reception staff and waiter/bar tender was impeccable ? The view is Outstanding! The pool is great as well as our hot tub. Definitely coming back!!!
