Really good modern clean room. Walk straight off patio onto beach with stunning sea views. Cleaned every day. Would of made 5 ster rating if sheets had of been big enough for bed.

This Place is absolutely Amazing..! I found a new place where I will spend my vacation while I’m here in Crete. Let’s Start with the arrival at the Airport. Instead of booking a expensive car you can take the public bus in front of the Airport. The Hotel is just 28 Stations (<30min.) away. The tickets price was 3,50€ per person. We arrived here and the Stuff gave us a warm welcome. After this good start I was freaking out about our apartment. It’s in front (20 Steps) of the Ocean. Everything is clean and working. If you need something you can send a WhatsApp and the Stuff will answer quickly. This place is absolutely recommended from my Side. "I'll be back" that’s for sure. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

OK let's get this right the hotel is over 4 buildings. The beach fronted rooms are hard to get and if not book early you are not getting one. Pool bar is great but then you get charge €6 for the sun beds and pay for drinks even if your on all Inc. The pool bar is included. The main hotel as the reception which is over the road from the beach side and there is another hotel block behind this. Rooms are basic but clean. Ask for a high room to get any sort of view otherwise you will be looking at back of buildings. I know you go away not to stay in room but wasn't a place for a chill. I must say staff were great and when asked they did move us up to the top floor bit I had previously contacted them to book a sea view room which was not available when checking in. Food was good not huge choice and not hottest I've had but tasty. I love where the restaurant is and opens up on to the strip. Just all a bit of a mish mash of buildings typically crete. Loving Stalis but will look for hotel elsewhere unless you can get the beach rooms. (I was happy to pay for the upgrade as agreed with hotel in correspondence)

i would love to give zero stars for the food. Absolutely ridiculous. Hairs in every meal, the exact same food every day and dirty curlery is normal here. WiFi never works, stingy bar staff and a wet floor all the time. The shower curtain is absolutely useless…whole bathroom under water after a shower. Never ever, not even for money.

I have stayed in quite a few hotels around North Crete and i can honesty say that the Stalis Hotel is the best, the cleanest and the friendliest that i have ever been to. Fantastic value for money. What more can i say? lots more, but i don't have to. Get yourself booked in before it gets full !! I am certainly going back.

This hotel is well run and clean the staff are brilliant and always happy to help! the only let down was the food very basic and consisted of rice, pasta, fish, minced meat but with a good selection of salad. The breakfast was the best meal of the day for us by far. Would recommend this hotel but I wouldn't recommend going all inclusive as food and drink are very limited. Mario the pool bar tender is an asset to the hotel and made our holiday that little bit extra special "thank you Mario" we would like to thank the hotel for our leaving gift also it was very thoughtful and kind. regards Darren and Louise.

I stayed here for two weeks, everything was fine the place is spotlessly clean a lovely lady came every day. my room wasn't in the hotel but in a block of rooms down the street which takes away from having a base. The only complaint I have is the set up around the poor which is separate again from the hotel. There are very few sunbeds at the pool which is nearly on the beach, however the hotel charges to use sun beds that are not at the pool. I was charged 4euro for a sunbed, I walked up the beach to other restaurants bars that didn't charge this is bad form on the hotel.
