For the price this place was beautiful. Majestic view of the cretan sea. Quiet in November but in summer I've heard its hectic.

Good for the price. But dont expect luxury. More of an 18-30 party hotel. But right next ti the Malia strip so was good for us.

Place adequate for the price. The owner is very nice and tries very hard. If you care about a low price, go ahead, but don't expect luxury. The hotel is just across the busy street.

the rooms are ok, the pool clean and open the whole day; we requested to get the ground floor room due to my bad leg as it's hard for me to walk upstairs, and despite of requesting in advance (4 weeks before we travel) we end up almost at the top; we had to spend first 3 nights going up and down the stairs and it wan's fixed till we really complain about that.

Couple, 40-50yo. We went mid-July 2020 (there just now). Booked last minute as the second cheapest option online at the time (our holiday company cancelled our paid accomodation 3 days before departure. We paid £23 a night so we're not expecting anything other than very basic. Due to current Covid situation bar was closed, and at most we saw 2 other apartments occupied. Only has 13 apartments so never gonna be super busy. Bad points : steps up to apartments. Not terrible, but definitely not for someone elderly or with limited mobility. Rooms are basic, but clean. 2 ring electric table top cooker, sink, kettle and toaster. Decor and furniture a bit dated, but functional and clean Next to main road, but was never that busy, could easily cross into town Good points : the view...this is probably the highest point above Stalis/Stalida (without heading up into hills) and you have superb full 180°+ views of the sea and surrounded area. We were on 4th floor but even the 1st floor apartments had unimpeded views. You see both sunrise and sunset... Possibly the best view we have ever had from an apartment! Only minutes walk from main strip...timed it at 3 minutes til nearest bar, and plenty more within a minute from there. Means you are far enough away from any night time noise, but still only minutes away Balcony gets good shade from about 1-3pm so perfect if you just want to sit outside for lunch. Air conditioning and safe in main bedroom, balcony door has vented shade, glass door and curtain so you can block out some or all of light. Overall, the amazing views and location far outweighed any bad points

It's basic and clean and if your on a budget it's worth the money if your used to better accomodation then maybe this isn't for you, the stairs are a problem for the elderly and other who struggle with to many stairs but if your eating all the lovely food in Greece the exercise is very welcomed. Also it's not far from the beach for the price.

Good for the money. Wonderful view to the sea. Not very clean. Too much street voice on balcony.
