★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν έχουν τηλέφωνο για άμεση επικοινωνία σχετικά με το service.Ο μόνος τρόπος επικοινωνίας είναι το email κ να αφήσεις το τηλέφωνό σου σε ένα τηλεφωνητή.
Έχω στείλει εμαιλ εδώ και μία ημέρα για να δω πως θα στείλω ένα χαλασμένο δράπανο κ δεν έχει απαντήσει κανείς.Απαραδεχτοι!!!!!!!!!
They do not have a phone for direct communication about the service. The only way to communicate is by email and leaving your phone on an answering machine.
I've been emailing here for one day to see how I will send a damaged drill and no one has responded. Inadmissible !!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα έναν βραστήρα Black & Decker από τα Media Markt και σε 2,5 μήνες χάλασε. Τον έστειλαν στο Service της αντιπροσωπείας και μετά από μία εβδομάδα με ενημέρωσαν ότι θα χρειαστούν περίπου 15 εργάσιμες μέρες!!! για να επισκευαστεί ή να δοθεί εντολή για αντικατάσταση. Η κοροϊδία σύννεφο!
I bought a Black & Decker kettle from Media Markt and in 2.5 months it broke down. They sent him to the service of the delegation and after a week they informed me that it will take about 15 working days !!! to repair or order a replacement. The cloud mockery!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic. Could not even find a phone number from their site to find out where to find their damn hard to find vacuum filters that NO shop stocks. Where to buy does not even exist for household items only for hardware B&D equipment.
