C	Cos Ble on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μηχάνημα Daikin 880 Ευρώ, που παρέλαβα στις 09/06/2021 είχε εξ' αρχής πρόβλημα επικοινωνίας με wifi. Η εξυπηρέτηση της εταιρείας ανύπαρκτη μετά την πώληση. Μετά από δύο μήνες και δεκάδες τηλεφωνήματα εκ μέρους μου δήλωσαν αναρμοδιότητα και με παρέπεμψαν στην Daikin Hellas. Πλήρης αδιαφορία και αναξιοπιστία μετά την πώληση από μια εταιρεία που στο παρελθόν έχω αγοράσει άλλα δύο μηχανήματα. Daikin 880 Euro machine, which I received on 09/06/2021, had a problem with wifi communication from the beginning. The service of the company non-existent after the sale. After two months and dozens of phone calls from me, they declared me incompetent and referred me to Daikin Hellas. Complete indifference and unreliability after the sale from a company that I have previously bought two other machines.
Ι	ΙΩΑΝΝΗΣ ΡΟΥΜΠΟΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απευθύνθηκα στον κύριο Πάνο Αλεξίου κατόπιν συστάσεων που έλαβα από φίλο, ο οποίος είχε εγκαταστήσει κλιματιστικά μηχανήματα της εταιρείας με βάση τη μελέτη του εν λόγω μηχανολόγου μηχανικού. Ο κύριος Αλεξίου είναι συνεπής, ευγενής, αξιόπιστος, φιλικός, κατατοπιστικός, αναλυτικός, ακριβής, με λίγα λόγια έχει όλα τα χαρακτηριστικά που σε ωθούν να τον εμπιστευτείς. Το πιο σημαντικό όμως είναι ότι η εμπιστοσύνη που του δείχνεις δεν διαψεύδεται. Αντιθέτως, η μελέτη του υπήρξε υποδειγματική, μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι από τα κλιματιστικά μηχανήματα που επέλεξε ως προς την απόδοση, την ενεργειακή κατανάλωση τους, την απουσία θορύβου κατά τη λειτουργία τους καθώς και από την τοποθέτηση αυτών μέσα στο χώρο, στα σημεία που υπέδειξε ο κύριος Αλεξίου. Δεν είναι φειδωλός στη συζήτηση. Όταν επιλέγεις ορισμένο προϊόν και δαπανάς χρήματα, θέλεις να είσαι σίγουρος ότι η λύση που επιλέγεις είναι η βέλτιστη από κάθε σκοπιά. Και ο κύριος Αλεξίου αυτό ακριβώς σου προσφέρει. Την ικανοποίηση ότι καταβάλλοντας χρήματα για την αγορά προϊόντων που στέκουν ψηλά από άποψη ποιότητας κατασκευής και, συνακόλουθα, τιμής, καταλήγεις κερδισμένος. Τον ευχαριστώ ιδιαίτερα για τις συμβουλές που μου έδωσε και το χρόνο που αφιέρωσε. Συγχαρητήρια στην εταιρεία για τους υπαλλήλους της! Mr. Alexiou is consistent, noble, reliable, friendly, informative, detailed, accurate, in short he has all the characteristics that push you to trust him. But the most important thing is that the trust you show in him is not denied. On the contrary, his study was exemplary, we were satisfied with the air conditioners he chose in terms of efficiency, energy consumption, the absence of noise during their operation as well as their placement in the space, in the places indicated by Mr. Alexiou . He is not sparing in the discussion. When choosing a product and spending money, you want to make sure that the solution you choose is the best in every way. And this is exactly what Mr. Alexiou offers you. The satisfaction that by paying money to buy products that stand high in terms of quality of construction and, consequently, price, you end up winning. e	erytos100 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εταιρεία CLIMATISM είναι πολύ καλή στη δουλειά της, όπως διαπίστωσα από την εγκατάσταση κλιματιστικού συστήματος με εισαγωγή νωπού αέρα στο σπίτι μου. Ο κύριος Αλεξίου ανέλαβε να προτείνει λύσεις κλιματισμού. Είναι ακούραστος στο να προτείνει εναλλακτικές λύσεις και να κοστολογεί αυτές, επισημαίνοντας τα πλεονεκτήματα και τα μειονεκτήματά τους. Το συνεργείο εγκατάστασης είναι εξαιρετικό. Όλα τα παιδιά έχουν ευγένεια και συνέπεια, είναι πολύ προσεκτικά στο να μη λερώσουν - να μην ακουμπήσουν θα έλεγα κιόλας - σε καμία επιφάνεια του σπιτιού. Από τα καλύτερα συνεργεία που έχω συναντήσει. Καθώς εμφανίστηκαν προβλήματα στα κλιματιστικά που εγκατέστησαν (ευτυχώς εντός του χρόνου της εγγύησης), είχα την ευκαιρία να δω την παροχή υπηρεσιών μετά την πώληση, που, κατά την άποψή μου, είναι και το πιο σημαντικό κομμάτι στις μηχανολογικές εγκαταστάσεις. Τόσο ο κύριος Αλεξίου όσο και ο κύριος Σταγάκης κινητοποιήθηκαν αμέσως για να επιλύσουν το πρόβλημα. Βέβαια, μέσα στον καύσωνα χρειάστηκε να περιμένω μία εβδομάδα το ανταλλακτικό, ενώ το μηχάνημα είχε χαλάσει εντός του χρόνου εγγύσης, καθώς η εταιρεία δεν ήταν διατεθειμένη να πληρώσει το κούριερ για παράδοση εντός 24ώρου και μου πρότειναν να πληρώσω εγώ το κούριερ, γεγονός που το θεώρησα λίγο γύφτικο. Έβρασα μία εβδομάδα με τα σαραντάρια. Αυτό όμως είναι λάθος της διοίκησης της CLIMATISM και της daikin και όχι των υπαλλήλων που με εξυπηρέτησαν. Παρ' όλα αυτά, θα σύστηνα ανεπιφύλακτα την εταιρεία, γιατί σε κερδίζει με την φιλότιμη προσπάθεια που κάνουν όλοι να σε εξυπηρετήσουν με τον καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο, μέσα στο πλαίσιο που χαράσσει ο επικεφαλής της εταιρείας και υπό τις οδηγίες του εισαγωγέα. The company CLIMATISM is very good in its work, as I found out from the installation of an air conditioning system with the introduction of fresh air in my house. Mr. Alexiou undertook to propose air conditioning solutions. He is tireless in proposing alternatives and costing them, pointing out their advantages and disadvantages. The installation workshop is excellent. All children have courtesy and consistency, they are very careful not to get dirty - I would not even touch - on any surface of the house. One of the best crews I have ever met. As there were problems with the air conditioners they installed (fortunately within the warranty period), I had the opportunity to see the after-sales service, which, in my opinion, is the most important part of the engineering installation. Both Mr. Alexiou and Mr. Stagakis mobilized immediately to solve the problem. Of course, in the heat I had to wait a week for the spare part, while the machine was broken within the warranty time, as the company was not willing to pay the courier for delivery within 24 hours and they offered me to pay the courier, which I considered a little plaster. I boiled for a week in my forties. But this is the fault of the management of CLIMATISM and daikin and not of the employees who served me. Nevertheless, I would unreservedly recommend the company, because it wins you over with the ambitious effort that everyone makes to serve you in the best possible way, within the framework set by the head of the company and under the instructions of the importer.
