M	Manos Ag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Περίοδος που βράζει η χώρα από κορονοϊό , και λεωφορείο προς Ηράκλειο αναχώρησε σχεδόν γεμάτο, με αποτέλεσμα ο ένας να κάθεται δίπλα στον άλλο. Φυσικά στον δρόμο προς Ηράκλειο, το λεωφορείο γέμισε ακόμα περισσότερο με αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχουν λιγότερες από 5 κενές θέσεις. Οι περισσότεροι από τους επιβαίνοντες δεν φορούσαν καν μάσκα, χωρίς κανένα έλεγχο. Κριμα. Σίγουρα κάποιος πρέπει να δράσει έτσι ώστε να αποτραπούν μελλοντικά παρόμοια περιστατικά. A period when the country is boiling with coronavirus, and a bus to Heraklion left almost full, with the result that one is sitting next to the other. Of course on the road to Heraklion, the bus filled even more resulting in less than 5 vacancies. Most of the passengers did not even wear a mask, without any control. Pity. Surely one must act in order to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Δυο φορές μου εστειλαν δεμα απο Ηρακλειο και απλά μου ελεγαν "εε δεν ηρθε, θα ερθει με το επομενο" και μόνο ενας υπάλληλος ειναι συνεργασιμος με τον οποιο συννενοουνται οι υπαλληλοι του ΚΤΕΛ Ηρακλείου Μακριά. Εχουν ολους τους συγχωριανους τους και δουλευουν εκεί περα και δεν κανουν σωστά τη δουλειά τους. Πας να τους ρωτησεις και σε ειρωνευονται κιόλας Αυτά! ΑΛΛΑΞΤΕ ΥΠΑΛΛΗΛΟΥΣ. ΒΑΛΤΕ ΑΤΟΜΑ ΜΕ ΟΡΕΞΗ ΓΙΑ ΔΟΥΛΕΙΑ! Typically 0 stars. The worst. The parcels are simply SCRATCHED ALL DAY and ARE NOT WORKABLE AT ALL. Twice they sent me a parcel from Heraklion and they just told me "oh he did not come, he will come with the next one" and only one employee is cooperative with whom the employees of the KTEL Heraklion communicate Away. They have all their fellow villagers and they work over there and they do not do their job properly. You go to ask them and they make fun of you That's all! CHANGE EMPLOYEES. PUT PEOPLE WITH AN APPETITE FOR WORK!

T	Theodoros Kondakos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Epic mess. Too many people in a too small and old building. I had to ask 6 people to find my bus and some of them didn't even answered my question.
H	Hardik Prajapati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t travel long distance with babies. Very bad staff. I was travelling with my family with my 1.5 year old son from Chania to Heraklion. The conductor was very stupid. He did not allow my son to eat in the bus. We requested him couple of times that for the baby he should allow, babies need food for every couple of hours but he was from the another planet and did not try to understand and behaving very rudely to us.. KTEL please try to educate your staff how to talk to people and what to allow or not allow in bus and at least teach them what is common sense ! That was the worst part of our Greece holidays and in future I will never use KTEL transport service for sure !
s	suzie rudling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Singapore Airport of bus terminals. Friendly, efficient staff, plenty of seating, snack bar with sea view, state of the art loos and air con.All that's missing is a departure board ,so that just adds a bit of fun to working out which bus to catch :)
M	Mumbrah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The buses r well organized, frequent & on time - u need to ask n make sure u know if u need to change buses n what time the connecting buses r if u r traveling further than 1 state. The town centre is a fair distance so if u got luggage organize some transport or b prepared for a long walk!
