Το διαμέρισμα είναι μια καινούρια κατασκευή και η θέα από το διαμέρισμα είναι απίστευτη ! Η τοποθεσία είναι μια πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή και η πρόσβαση στα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος (βουνό, θάλασσα, μεγάλες πόλεις- αγορές) είναι πολύ εύκολη!

В целом апартаменты хорошие. Но далековато от моря, без машины не стоит брать. Соседский петух будит в 4 утра. Кровать короткая- спать не удобно. Диваны в зале маленькие- на них расчитывать для сна не стоит. Хозяева гостеприимны, приносят виноград и домашние яйца.

Great location close to motorway aslo it is very quiet no noise from the road. Host is great and very helpful. Speaks very little English but she will help you in any enquiries. Apartment is very spacious and clean.

I recommend this apartment to everyone who wants to visit Heraklion. Amazing view from the balcony, lots of free storage space for your belongings, kitchen equipped with all the necessary utilities, proximity to a supermarket, two beds for children, fresh air and comfortable furniture. It has some cons: the bathroom is relatively small and has only one toilet (it has at least a bathtub and a washing machine); the rooster crows early in the morning, so if you're a light sleeper it might be a problem; far away from Heraklion so be sure to rent a car (the road to the apartment is surrounded by mountains and you will be amazed by the color of the sea); the room with the two beds faces the street, so if you're not closing the curtains, anyone can see you sleep or change your clothes just by standing in front of the house; lots of mosquitoes, but every window has a mosquito net. At night you have a magnificent view of the skyline and stars, during the day you can see the olive trees and the small hills surrounding the village. I had a beautiful experience, and regret nothing.

If you are looking for some quite, relaxing vacation, or get away from a city. If you forget when you saw the stars for the last time, and fresh air is something you are seeking, when quietness doesn’t scary you this apartment is for you. The apartment is suitable for family with kids, for couples, for friends basically for anybody. We came late at night, the host- Stavroula has met us and welcomed at the apartment (by the way, the host lives on the upper floor, so when you need anything, just ask) and the beauty of the apartment we could fully enjoy only next morning- when we woke up with the view to the mountains and olive trees, being from landlocked country with no mountains and hills this view amazed me. The apartment itself is nice and clean, you have also fully equipped kitchen if you prefer to cook for yourself. The are two shops walking distance from the apartment and one local tavern, that we didn’t have time to check. I will definitely recommend this apartment if you are planning to travel by car, it might not be very relaxing to walk around, the nearest beach is at town Panormo, which is only 2 km from Roumeli village. It is very easy to travel around with the car while staying at Stavroula’s apartment, many beautiful and significant places located nearby. Additionally want to say a few words about Stavroula- the host. Stavroula is very helpful, nice and kind person. You can ask her for assistance or advice she will definitely help you. I enjoyed our stay very much, it was very relaxing, just what I needed!
