Κ	ΚΑΤΕΡΙΝΑ ΛΟΥΛΑΚΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκεφτήκαμε τη Villa Roumeli πριν μερικά χρόνια για πρώτη φορά με κάτι φίλους και πλέον κάθε χρόνο πάμε!! Τι να πρωτοσχολιάσω, την καθαριότητα, το πόσο προσεγμένα είναι όλα μέσα, το πόσο ζεστή ατμόσφαιρα δημιουργεί όλος ο χώρος!! Καταρχάς μόλις μπαίνει κάποιος μέσα, τον περιμένουν ένα σωρό κεράσματα από την τοπική κουζίνα, φτιαγμένα τις περισσότερες φορές από τη γλυκιά Μαρία, (ιδιοκτήτρια της βίλας), ρακή, μεζέδες κ.α. Σε ειδικό ράφι οδηγοί για μέρη που μπορεί να επισκεφτεί κανείς στη γύρω περιοχή αλλά και γενικότερα στην Κρήτη. Οι χώροι διακοσμημένοι άψογα με πολλή λεπτομέρεια, όλα πολύ καθαρά, τα δωμάτια, το μπάνιο, τα πάντα! Και τέλος μια πισίνα πεντακάθαρη και ένας πολύ όμορφος και ήσυχος χώρος έξω για να απολαύσεις το barbecue σου. Το τοπίο άγριο και ήρεμο μαζί, με απέραντη θέα στην ομορφιά του νησιού. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα για κάθε είδους αποδράσεις, για οικογένεια, για παρέα, για ζευγάρια, ακόμα και για κάποιον που ζητά ηρεμία. We visited Villa Roumeli a few years ago with friends and more every year !! What to start with, cleanliness, how carefully everything is inside, how warm the atmosphere creates all the space !! First, as soon as someone comes in, a lot of treats from the local cuisine await him, most often made by sweet Maria (the owner of the villa), raki, mezedes and others. On a special shelf there are guides for places that you can visit in the surrounding area and more generally in Crete. The spaces are perfectly decorated with a lot of detail, all very clean, the rooms, the bathroom, everything! And last but not least a pool clean and a very nice and quiet place outside to enjoy your barbecue. The landscape is wild and tranquil together, with immense views of the beauty of the island. I highly recommend it for all sorts of getaways, for family, for companionship, for couples, even for someone who asks calm.
E	E P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maria ist super nett, das Haus wird alle 3-4 Tage komplett gereinigt und sogar kleine „Leckerlies“ gebracht. Alles gepflegt und Maria immer per WhatsApp erreichbar. TOP! ? Maria is super nice, the house is completely cleaned every 3-4 days and even small "treats" are brought out. Everything looked after and Maria can always be reached via WhatsApp. TOP! ?

We were also given a fab starter pack of things you will need (dishwasher tabs, bread, juice etc) The only reason I knocked off a star was because of the erratic hot water. There were 6 of us staying and we often had to put up with very tepid showers. I don't know if there was an electric booster heater? If so, we didn't know about it. Another note on the walled grounds - they are so so nice with lovely grass, kids toys, a nice pool for a dip and a fantastic outside covered eating area. Love the walls around the perimeter - makes it a great place for kids to play so long as you watch them around the pool! Once you close the gate across the drive you are completely shut in. Brilliant! The location itself doesn't have great views, but the local supermarket is only 2 mins walk away and is actually overlooked from one of the villa balconies - so very convenient.

We stayed several days only in the villa, having fun at the pool and with BBQ at the evening, but Maria did also give us nice ideas for trips to beautiful beaches, Tavernas and a perfect sailing boat trip! Thank you Maria! Is was totally great!
