Θ	ΘΑΛΕΙΑ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου ήρθε μήνυμα μεσα στον Νεοεμβριο στο κινητό μου ότι προσφέρουν τις υπηρεσίες τους στην μισή τιμη μέχρι 30/11/2020. Το μηνυμα δεν ανέφερε ως απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση για την προσφορά την επίδειξη του μηνύματος στο καταστημα. Όταν πήγα να δώσω τα ρούχα για καθάρισμα ανέφερα για την προσφορά που ελαβα στο κινητό και μου ζήτησαν να δείξω το μήνυμα, το οποίο ομως είχα διαγράψει. Η κυρία αγενεστατα αμφισβήτησε ότι ειχα λάβει το μήνυμα, μου ειπε οτι απο καπου ειχα ακουσει για την προσφορά, αφου οντως ειχε σταλει σε καποιους πελατες και ότι της ελεγα ψέματα. Θεωρω αυτες τις πρακτικες ουσιαστικα παραπλανητικες για τους καταναλωτές, για να προσελκυσουν απλά πελατες. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά της υπαλλήλου η οποία με έκανε να αισθανθώ ψεύτρα. Με τέτοιον ανταγωνισμό στην αγορά θα έπρεπε να ήταν πιο επαγγελματική η εξυπηρετηση και ειλικρινείς στις προσφορές τους. Δεν θα πρότεινα για κανένα λόγο αυτό το καθαριστήριο. I received a message in November on my mobile phone that they offer their services at half price until 30/11/2020. The message did not mention the display of the message in the store as a necessary condition for the offer. When I went to give the clothes for cleaning I mentioned about the offer I received on my mobile and they asked me to show the message, which I had deleted. The lady generously denied that I had received the message, she told me that I had heard about the offer from somewhere, since it had indeed been sent to some customers and that I was lying to her. I find these practices essentially misleading to consumers, simply to attract customers. Unacceptable behavior of the employee which made me feel like a liar. With such competition in the market, the service should be more professional and honest in their offers. I would not recommend this laundry for any reason.
Α	ΑΜΑΡΥΛΛΙΣ ΜΠΕΡΕΡΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eίχα κάθε καλή διάθεση να επισκεπτώ την επιχείρηση αλλά με απέτρεψε η αγένεια και ο αντιεπαγγελματισμός της κυρίας που απάντησε όταν κάλεσα. Κάλεσα για να μάθω κόστος για 1 πάπλωμα και 2 ριχτάρια, μου είπε ότι πρέπει να τα δει από κοντά. Ρώτησα πότε θα είναι έτοιμα, μου είπε ότι πρέπει να τα δει από κοντά και ότι θα πάρει από 2 ημέρες μέχρι και 2 μήνες... Ό,τι να'ναι.... I was in a good mood to visit the company but I was stopped by the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the lady who answered when I called. I called to find out the cost for 1 quilt and 2 throws, he told me he should see them up close. I asked when they will be ready, he told me that he has to see them up close and that it will take from 2 days to 2 months ... Whatever ....
