Cleanliness everywhere. Pools galore, friendly staff who are ready to help. Great ambiance about this resort. It has about 5 restaurants to choose from . Bars and entertainment, first day here and we have learned a lot about this place.

Sadly I was disappointed by the hotel. I would expect a little more from a 5 star hotel at that price point. While it may look great in pictures, there are a few things lagging. First of the room: The floor in front of the steam bath was dirty and the wood panelling was already starting to curl up. Then the steam room/bath did not heat up. After calling a technician, he just stated it will not heat up beyond 27 degrees. After visiting a different room, that turns out to be false. Secondly the service: Sadly we were also let down here. Not just with the steam bath. But also the entire service was rather slow. Almost Every order - be it just a drink at an empty bar - took around 20-30 minutes. Additionally, somehow every single drink tasted different than the last. We did not manage to get the same mixed drink another time, no matter how many times we tried. One time our room was not made. The strawberries we were given as a welcome we’re bruised and already not that great. However, we did find some nice service personal in the end. All in all I was sadly disappointed, especially for the 5 star rating and price. Yet I can see how some might enjoy it.

Beautiful hotel. Best food ever had in a hotel and equal to best food ever had at top end restaurants. Staff so friendly and helpful. Rooms were large with good quality fixtures and fittings and very well maintained. Marked down on location as no real beach to speak of. Would definitely go back.

If you read my posts, you will see reviews of lots of 5* hotels, we consider ourselves fortunate to have enjoyed. This trip was even better as the kids got together and paid for it so 7 of us came out and announced to the slightly shocked hotel staff that one of us had a severe peanut allergy. The hotel is beautiful and when the sun blesses it with its presence, you could want nothing more. Food is fantastic and fresh, no obvious recycling, gym is a bit small but seems OK. Rooms are a bit quirky but do have a certain appeal artistically and no major issues. Above all it's the staff that make this place very special. The managers that run around the place and have make sure that our experience so far has been amazing. Anastasia, Nikos and Christoph are just incredible people who it was my good fortune to meet during my stay. I want to say a big THANK YOU for helping it to be the best time of our lives. Most importantly it is the first time we've been able to have a holiday in 20 years without being in fear of needing a trip to the hospital due to a reaction. THANK YOU

The resort is stunning and we had an overall great, relaxing time away. I am giving Stella Island a 4 star review, because as much as the food was excellent, staff were great, but I feel there wasn't enough of them to really deliver on the "5 star" experience. Unfortunately, service was just very slow and it's not as if the team were standing around doing nothing, no, they were always very busy. Breakfast a couple mornings, we asked for water, which never arrived (just obviously too busy and forgot), wine would usually arrive after starters were put down at dinner, if you order drinks at the bars, you have about a 20 minute wait on average, room service was very slow and we were asked from reception if we would like one of the resort carts to pick up our luggage from our room prior to our taxi arriving to leave (great!), but that never appeared so we just walked up to reception ourselves. As I said, we had a great holiday, food, drinks, the spa treatments (had the best massage!) - all fantastic, beautiful resort, but felt they just needed more staff on to keep up with the number of guests to really deliver on that 5 star luxury feel that the resort are trying to put across.

I've been to quite a few resorts around Europe and can honestly say this is the best resort I've been to and easily worthy of 5 stars. Every aspect of the experience is so well crafted and the staff are incredibly friendly. You'll feel like you never want to leave. I personally found the food at the Japanese restaurant to be the best, closely followed by the Mexican. One suggestion I would have which would be great to see would be the availability of sake at the Japanese restaurant to really complete the experience. We opted for a swim up luxury room and it was amazing being able to pop in and out of the pool on a whim. Others have mentioned issues with the all inclusive but I had no issue whatsoever, the entire cocktail menu seems to be covered now and it's pretty obvious whats not available to you. There is a huge availability of sunbeds and the resort didn't once feel overcrowded which adds to the relaxing vibe they've created. Although I'd love to be back as soon as possible I don't often get the opportunity with young kids but we're already thinking about visiting Stella palace next door with the whole family this time. Thanks to all the staff at Stella for making it such a great experience.

We cannot say enough positive things about this resort. We were here in 2021 on our Honeymoon and it was everything we could've asked for and more. The service was over 5 stars, the property was kept so beautifully. The transportation from the airport was spectacular and on time. We did the all inclusive package and the drinks were not typical of all inclusive, they were strong, so tasty, presentation was amazing, overall so so wonderful. The food was just as good even better. Each restaurant was unique and better than 5 stars. We have told everyone we could about this resort and plan to return. The spa was amazing and we received the best massages and were able to use the private pool. Entertainment was wonderful and they are conveniently located as well. Even their communication leading up to our stay was top notch. Would more than recommend, especially to couples!

If I need to sum up our stay at the Stella Island Luxury Resort in 2 words, it will be "too short". It was just too short. We could've stayed there for 2 more days easily. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The staff is super helpful and kind, always happy to help and with a smile. The rooms are very clean and nice, and I really recommend getting the Over Water Bungalow. The food at any restaurant that we were was delicious, including the snack bars. The All Inclusive was also a great choice for us. We ate wherever and whenever we wanted. Drinks were included and also alcohol (not every type of alcohol, but we didn't seem to have any problem getting anything we wanted). That was a lot more than 2 words ? We will absolutely go back to this hotel! P. S. I've added a picture of the gym since I couldn't find any online. The gym is also a great place to workout, and you also have an outdoor gym with daily classes.
