★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though the drive there is rough. It is also rewarding. The kafeneio is the most picturesque and traditional place you can eat in all of Crete. It's like your cretan grandma cooked for you. Prices are dirt cheap. The taste is amazing. The environment phenomenal.
