Lokacija oko 700 metara od samog centra Neos Marmarasu, van gužve. Snabdevanje: Lidl, pekara i ribarnica na 200 metara. Odlično za odmor, na dobrom mestu ako želite obilaziti plaže Sitonije. Najbliža peščana plaža je na 250 metara. Vlasnici objekta su predusretljivi i ljubazni. Kreveti normalne veličine i udobni. Wi fi odličan, pun signal i u sobi. Izuzetno čisto, održavanje dobro, zamena peškira i posteljine svaki peti dan. U dvorištu obezbeđen parking sa dva ulaza u dvorište.

Veoma dobra lokacija objekta. Plaža blizu kao i magistrala sa stazom do Neos Marmarasa. Čisto i uredno mesto. Sobe su malo manje ali su terase prostrane, jedino što fali na terasi su suncobrani ili tenda pogotovo na terasama koje su celo popodne na suncu. Mana je veoma slab Wifi u sobama. Na zajedničkoj terasi je super ali u sobi ništa. Objekat ima ogradjen parking što je veliki plus. Mi smo bili zadovoljni i lepo smo se odmorili

Čista i uredna vila! Posteljinu i peškire menjaju na pet dana. Dobili smo prvi put tečnost i sundjer za posudje, kao i toalet papir. Ima komarnike i prostranu terasu,kao i klimu koja odlično radi. U sobi je malo slabiji signal Wi-Fi ali zato na zajedničkoj terasi je odličan. Ima parking što mnogo znači kada se iz šetnje vratite kasno. Domaćini su predivni! Za svaku preporuku!

Friendly staff, clean rooms

It's ok, but not more than that. Kitchen is very small, there is no furniture in the room (there are chairs and table on the balcony). We had tons of moscitos in our room. When I say tons I mean I killed 11 in the evening. Absolutely no clue where they were coming from because the windows have meets on them and the door we opened only when entering the room. The walls are painted white, so it is prohibited to kill insects on them, provided electric device didn't help much, so prepare to be bitten :-( Wi-Fi is another story. For some reason the signal from the hotel across the road was stronger than Stella's house. The are 3 routers and 3 separate networks, so when you move from the balcony to the bed you better change the network manually to get reasonable connection. You can even have voice chats in the inner yard though. You can get along with the hosts in English, but not easily and fluently. The place doesn't accept cards, so it's only cash or bank transfer. What I REALLY didn't like is that wham I asked for a place to eat, specifically mentioning that I'd prefer something where locals use to go the hostess sent me to the most tourist place you can imagine. So her "go to Limonaki and you can mention my name, maybe you'll get a discount" got us a 50€ bill for some fish whose price is calculated by weight. Well, standard tourist stuff. Anyway, if you decide to stay there or somewhere nearby (every house is a hotel) make sure you visit Dimitri's tavern, nice did, reasonable prices. Masoutis is a great supermarket along the road nearby.

Just great! Everything is so clean, quiet, the owners are so gentle and kind, close to the beach, close to Neos Marmaras, and still away from any type of noise! Going there next time, for sure!!! I've just seen the review of Aleksei Talisainen and my experience is quite the opposite - I've never seen any mosquito, the owners are not English native, of course, but very wishful to understand you as well as your needs! I had absolutely no problem with WiFi and everything functioned just perfect!!! (By the way, I went to many taverns and at Dimitri's I faced unusual unfriendliness for the Greeks in general!) So, FULL 5 STARS FOR THE STELLA'S HOUSE!

Comfortable and clean rooms for a reasonable price. Big balcony, door to the balcony has a mosquito net. Wi-Fi was working good during our staying. Towels and sheets are changed and the room is cleaned after 5 days. The owners are very polite and friendly. I could surely come back here again.
